Our last day at St. Augustine! We went to Potters Wax Museum & Castillo de San Marcos before heading to Gator Joes for some birthday food! I hope you all enjoy!💕

I remember when the wax museum was in the downtown area near or part of an old hotel. My husband and I first started going to St. Augustine after we met at FSU and were dating in 1972. We were married in 1974 in Jacksonville and had our honeymoon in St. Augustine. We visited St. Augustine many times after that. Our favorite thing to do was take a picnic lunch and eat on the front lawn of the fort. So many great memories of that area. I have lots of pictures from our trips there, and from when we later took our son there. It became special to him also. Thanks for sharing this so we could re-live memories and see what is new.

Wonderful! My husbands parents used to have a condo in Miami Beach and they were there for Hurricane Andrew. They fled up north to Orlando and St Augustine so Vlad has been to that fortress! Some day we will go exploring all of those historic sites.

Hi, Cris! 👋 I went to Ripley’s House of Wax when I was about 8. They had a haunted house section that scared the pants off me. I closed my eyes and held my dad’s hand the whole way through. 😂

Such a wonderful weekend! Thanks for bringing us along on the adventures. I really need to go to a wax museum. I've always wanted to go and this one looks pretty cool. I also got the hibby jibbies right when you walked into that one room. Idk what it was about it, but man, I got spooked. Awww shucks, I think you would have loved Fort Delaware on Pea Patch Island but sadly you have to take a small ferry to get to it. They do re reactions and all sorts of goodies. 🙌🏻 ohhhhhh a 1926 eatery? Count me in!

Thanks for sharing Cris, this whole St. Augustine trip has been fascinating. BTW, I'd vote for you for Prez, especially if you had DJ Kitty as Vice Prez. I agree, I don't think that was a wax museum for very long. Wasn't it an IKEA? lol I hope Tampa Jay had the best Bday, he's a cool guy. Also, when you that tour guide from the last video asked who do you think sees the little boy ghost and you said 'Drunk people?', that was hilarious. Stay safe and have fun. 😊
