Ngl i think that in actual open world gameplay fruit interactions like immunities should work like they do in the anime, but when in a ranked mode those immunities should instead be resistances like what swiftdfg said. That way the world can still be immersive and feel like it stays accurate to most aspects of one piece while also not taking away from people who want a balanced combat experience.

What makes me want to play rell seas is its shear uniqueness and customization, non linear progression and customizability of ships is insane for a roblox game

It would be cool if the bosses like the sand boss only appear at the bar or at other places in the game at a certain time. Would make the game feel more lively. Or maybe even at several locations at different times
I get it and it will be cool but no one is probably going to wait there gonna server hop to fight the boss like in shindo but not saying this is a bad thing
they coulda do the rubber and goro thing like One Piece Online Rebirth has it, to where , gum IS invulnerable to lightning base moves but when you use "buso" the rubber user will start to take dmg.
I don’t think logia users can even imbue haki into something like energy or gas, it’s only been seen with paramecia users and even Cracker could make his soldiers use haki. Using buso only finds the target‘s true form through actual contact from imbued part, rubber will simply always be immune.
Hot take: High ranked marines shouldn't be able to call a buster call, but when an npc celestial dragon orders one, they would have to come to the location of the buster call and help fight the pirates off.
But like, Celestial dragons have never used buster calls? They usually resort to cruel torture. In the 3 instances a buster call has been used, it was by Marines.
They should make it where when you leave, it saves your location n when u rejoin it spawns you at that point. this could let ppl use submarines or ships as bases instead of risking respawning in front of sm1

To people very skeptical abt this game remember these are the rell brothers who have always delivered and cooked insanely hard the only game id be skeptical abt is holy war x as it dont seem anywhere near ready from what they are saying and they did say it would drop either w month before or a month after rell seas so that they dont compete and can follow through with cross game progression so yeah….
If they made the megaladon/seabeast fight under the submarine, I think something like what the guy said where they ram into the glass and break it, it could be a mini cutscene where everybody falls to the bottom of the sea but someone throws a bubble onto the floor while each sea beast has different attack patterns and paralyzed moments, which would be an amazing boss fight. For fruit interactions to make it more canonical to the people who would prefer it, there should be some perks like gum being resistant to lightning paralyzing/shock with some type of damage reduction, ice taking more/less damage from burn (depends whether you see ice being melted or ice being colder than fire so negating burn), fire and magma users being resistant to burn, if green bulls fruit gets added it should have more burn damage against it, things like this could make fights more interesting than just going with the most busted thing in the game, like every update a new fruit will get its own pros/cons for this type of stat system. (ALSO MAKE IT SO SOME LOGIAS DO DMG/DEBUFFS if you hit them without haki, you get some burn dmg if they have magma/flame, if they have ice you could get a slow effect like what happened with aokiji) P.S. i do agree that gomu should be immune to outside sources of electricity but against a goro player i think it'd be better to jus give them damage reduction against them
Idk if you noticed but in Boss preview 2, at the end you can see a plane or maybe it's the submarine idk. And I don't know if it's an important sight or peak, but I just saw it and I don't remember anything that was like that in any peak from Rell Seas

If they do add gum being resistant to goro they should make it to where if the damage of goros moves do 20% less then gum should take like 10% more damage from weapons to balance it out a bit
Haki is the only way to really damage luffy right so haki infused attacks with goro could work I wonder instead of having a phase of haki u could customize attacks to be infused or not
Tbh being a swords man is better to explore the game cause if you are a devil fruit user you will kind of get cooked in submarine 😅 (Maybe the glass in submarine will be breakable which sharks can do)
bruh I wish there are bosses that can be a dual 1v1, like roblox games lack epic duals. 1 player vs 1 boss going at it clashing blades dogging parrying with no interference and instead of making the boss teleport to you when you use geppo make the boss geppo to you and battle in the air like that would be sick unlike it just teleporting to you
Guys, what games would you recommend to prepare for Rell Seas especially when they compared their bosses to Elden Ring? This is coming from a guy who has little to no fighting game or combat experience and only tried Jujustu Shenanigans.
Luffy wasn’t even fully resistant to lightning because it burnt him, goro should have a burning effect but rubber having a damage reduction makes sense.
If they add event based awaking it would be cool Like if you are close to death or die then there is a chance for you to get awaking and battle same with conquer haki like luffy Found out about it in middle of a crisis or emergency then it would look really good
If the gum and lightning thing happens you can still use swords cause in the 1st movie they said that you won’t be able to level damage so you can still do somthing in a fight

U didnt read my suggestion 😢 I said that they should add fruit mastery but not for the moves like in blox fruits instead when u max out your fruit mastery by constantly using the fruit then u can awaken it but the max mastery should be very high up

They should add gran fleets like how the straw hats are allied with other crews you should be able to have either npc fleets or make a guild like fleet were it’s you and a bunch of other peoples crew
Is there a piercing hit with sword because with chop poking with sword can damage and also with observation + chop will it have a special dodging animation + how is ivan fruit gonna work just increase dmg and stuff cuz that would be a goated support fruit for sword mains or other fighting styles
Im sure they will make a system that makes it so they have less health when ur the only one fighting it, a bit like GPO does rn but the bosses aren’t as strong as GPOs
