@@khymaaren That's wholly incorrect. The agents are the antivirus of the system as the first movie states "They are the gatekeepers of the Matrix". The Oracle is more of a coder/bug tester of the system, that's why the architect refers to her as the "Mother of the Matrix". She's responsible for the element of choice and choiceness being integrated into subsequent renditions of the Matrix.

Yes, it is correct to say that the Oracle is not on humanity's side. She is a program constrained by certain parameters. But she is a sentient, presumably with a significant degree of free will, and thus can genuinely care about the fate of humanity and desire to help as best she can. We should remember that the Oracle was not created to be a piece of the Matrix, but as a researcher into human nature. So her ability to act does not necessarily fit neatly within the boundaries the Architect might happen to desire.

But what you don't understand and the movie failed to explain is that the true one already understood the reality and illusion but chose a different existence as he was ashamed with what benefactors of his energies had chose to do while he slept in preparation for his revival. None of these crimes against his energies had to be committed. The "architect" was flawed in his understanding of existence and was required to serve the one, not create an inescapable trap to force a designed story line. Spirit existed free and was never intended to be diminished by a feeble attempt to win a game when there was in fact, no game to win. It's life, it's existence. Enjoy it.

I half agree with you on this. The machines forming massive tentacle structures couldve taken down most APUs right away but they opted to just fly in circles. Where I disagree is that it wasn't efficient. They only sent a very small portion of their robots into zion and pretty much decimated their defenses. The rest that followed in after the ship crashes through the gate would've quickly done the job. That was in a span of maybe half a day if that. I'd say that is fairly efficient, to exterminate the population of Zion, in the millions, in a few hours.

@@OGSavage175 I think maybe it is that they don't know there were no ships inside Zion so they only send in a small amount in the beginning and most of them flew very close to the ceiling so that once the EMP blasted they could got out ASAP.

They convinced all the defector humans to gather in one location called Zion that they already know where it exists. They simply wait for the anomaly and then game on. Sound efficient. The first and second wave of sentinels looks more than enough to search the earth for Zion.

My guess is that in the previous cycles Agent Smith didn't behave erratically. That changed everything.

The Trainman told Neo on one hand and Niobe on the other that Zion lasted exactly 72 hours the last time it was being destroyed. In Matrix 3, they barely even survived 30 minutes. It's safe to say, the machines by this time are now just toying with them, knowing they have become exceedingly efficient at wiping out humanity for several times before the present Neo came.

They allow Zion to be rebuilt so that the anomaly ( Neo) can be controlled by his passion to save the human race, knowing Neo’s motive makes him predictable, and if they can’t control Neo he would just wreak havoc on the Matrix with no motive other then to destroy the world that he knows isn’t real, which for the machines is no bueno

Neo does, he is given the choice to rebuild Zion or go and try to save the current Zion, logical answer is to rebuild Zion since that will preserve the human race, but he is in love with trinity , which is something the previous Neo’s didn’t experience, so he chooses to try and save her instead of rebuilding Zion, this is all explained in the movie too

The matrix is the mind silly. They've mentally killed Zion 6 times. Fear not the one who can kill body but who can destroy body and soul in Ghenna--Christ The matrix has mentally cut off Zion from the living 6 times. Killing the body of them via the mind. But the bodies aren't destroyed nor are there souls. Christ was prophesied to be cut off from the living. He numerous times was killed by satan while on earth. Killed meaning his life force taken. But his soul or body were never destroyed. Satan can do that.

He created a perfect world and the humans got board so the world collapsed. He then created a less perfect world, and some humans wanted out. He gave those who wanted to leave a choice to leave then killed them all at the end. Rinse repeat for 6th time.. You can hear the dread of having to explain it like a routine.

I'll try to explain it :- Apparently Neo inside the matrix is a program which consists of the collection of errors that the matrix software encounters whenever an individual becomes self-aware and CHOOSES to leave the matrix, a.k.a become free. The matrix system NEEDS this collection of errors so that it can assimilate it into the matrix software and reboot it with an upgraded version of the software that has a better understanding of these errors. So far the software has been updated 6 times. In order to keep a track of the individual errors appearing in the matrix software the system created another program that could understand the nature of these errors and help the system get rid of it by extracting the error and freeing the individual. This program was called the oracle. As the number of errors would increase it would start affecting the working of the matrix software by corrupting it slowly and as a result every 100 years or so the system would create a program in the matrix software that would compile these errors and bring it to the system mainframe for assimilation. This program is called THE ONE and is the ONLY program in the matrix that has a direct path to the system mainframe. This path is specifically created by the system for the program inorder to make sure that it CANNOT be deleted or corrupted or be affected by the normal rules of the matrix. This is because "The One program aka Neo" is the most important program for the system mainframe since the matrix software can only be rebooted when the system receives this Code that contains the compilation of errors a.k.a The One. This path is the Source of Neo's powers inside the matrix software which is known as "The Path of The One". I hope you understood it now.

Its actually the Orical. She is the one to figure out people needed choice or they wouldn't accept the Matrix. When Smith goes to turn her into a Smith, he calls the Orical "Mom." Here the Architect refers to himself as the "father" of the Matrix and the other person as the "mother" of the Matrix

@@kendonato1887 If you watch Revolutions Smith refers to the Orical as "mom." The Architect refers to her as the "mother" in Reloaded. When Smith absorbs her into his code it messes with the literal matrix code for the operators. IDK who else you are referring to, but its clear as day that the Orical is the "mother" that both the Architect and Smith reference. The "bitch please response" was at the fact that Neo refers to a program as an "Orical" or someone with foresight. Its treating machines as human, something the architect has disdain for. At the end of revolutions the architect asks the Orical the rhetorical question "what am I, human?"

Maybe in the new matrix we will see who the mother of the matrix is 😮
