Hey Amelionie, thanks for reaching out! I’ve built up the experience with solo travelling but I also make sure I have some form of social connection in my life. Whether that’s at work, at the gym, with housemates, or FaceTime friends/family back home. It makes such a difference to the health. I don’t know too much about that. It is a different way of work & life but everyone’s different with what they want & choose to do. Hope this helps 🙏🏽 All the best (:
