You said a masters degree student can get work contract. I thought students are only allowed 20 hours work per week. Would one be given work contracts for 20 hours per week?

I do not know. You can find a way to make that inquiry yourself . Either thru international students who became nurses from Poland and are practicing in other countries or maybe send a mail to a university of your interest to ask the question
