For the people that get it, the first 3 tracks of STIMW was some of the greatest Asian rock on any project ever so far. People just hated because they wanted to hear more fallen raven type beats

@@ajp1799Nah , as a music critic or content creator or whatever u gotta respect him, he kinda laid a lot of the foundation for this whole youtube internet music discussion scene. That being said, he has some horrible whack ass takes sometimes, ESPECIALLY with the underground . like the guy before me said he’s older so of course he’s just not going to “vibe” w what we like cuz he wasn’t raised on a lot of these sounds and influences which ppl like benji take from the most and can’t appreciate the artistry of it . Honestly tho as of late he’s been getting harder to defend with his whole “unreviewable” thing with vultures and other stuff hes been annoying but i think a lot of people r just hopping on the hate train as well
beats wasn’t ass. i myself enjoyed the music from you and summrs. i feel like either the album was dropped at the wrong time for people to be hearing asian rock or how it was back to back asian rock (album track placement)
