R.A.R.E.P. is the 7th Euphoria Ragdoll Mod to be released for Red Dead Redemption 2 as well as the first of the two latest euphoria ragdoll overhauls by Hunter (hunter14322)
This might be the most underrated of the eight euphoria ragdoll mods.
It's got bench shot reactions and everything, although I'm sure the author would describe it as a work in progress, I fell in love with it after initial skepticism. Come to think of it, out of all of my showcases, the ped reactions in this showcase are some of the best physics. While some bullet reactions have a greater than expected impact reaction, the 75 percent of the shots that don't are pure gold. Think of RAREP as an epic band prior to breaking through and becoming mainstream throw couches out of hotel room rockstars. The potential with this one is enormous.

I went into RAREP with low expectations for some reason - I could have never been more wrong... This one is going to evolve into something special. I predict the author will have at least 3 main supported ragdoll mods by mid 2024. I just predict it that's all.
This Euphoria Ragdoll Mod was established prior to the release of Project Realism but that doesn't mean it's been abandoned - The way I see it is if it's still up, it's still very much relevant. I imagine the amount of tweaking and testing for Euphoria mods is quite time intensive. Supporting two Euphoria mods has got to be a daunting task. Hopefully the author will find time in the future to nurture this young beast. It brings something new to the table for sure.
I record a lot of content for the showcases I produce at a lower game-speed. With some euphoria I don't need too much, with this mod it opened my eyes to how great this is and can be if parts of it were somehow slowed or delayed. The knockback force is great and really is a perfect tool for those who want to play action film style. I think the showcase speaks for the type of momentum and style this mod brings to the gameplay. I like it so much that I am using it for non-individual showcase content (other projects that usually involve a mix of euphoria to keep it interesting).
Upcoming Releases:
WERO volume 5 has been done for a week and a half and it's the best video I have ever produced, but I keep spending days fixing minor details nobody would probably ever notice (especially with the number of views anything I release manages to garner). I have close to a hundred thousand dollars in student loan debt and the only thing I care about is making videos for RDR2 euphoria ragdoll mods, so trust me when I say I am passionate about these showcases...

Mods I wish existed...
One of the Mods I wish would one day come out is one that removes the DeadEye sound effects that occur when the game is running at anything less than 100% normal game speed - it takes a ton of time to edit that stuff out and it sucks.

I will continue to put one-ish minute intros in my showcase videos despite the fact that it lowers retention and hurts the amount of people who view it. I recently did that - I was using improvements in blood but it took the magic from blood lust - no I correct myself - blood bath (the over the top django style option) I'm trying to put up an REM showcase for days now but its such a big file, please check that out sometime when it's up - its got the bloodlust magic

Very nice and skilled editing. But as a mod showcase video, it would've been better if you could just show us the straight normal pace shooting in the gameplay instead of playing in slow motion

I should videos like that too - like a rarep video that truly demonstrates it - I try to distinguish between cinematic , I don't think i've done a reg motion video since the first few. One where the focus on how it changes the game in normal gameplay. Its worth a new try. thanks.

part of it is that I use a selective red filter (notice how it tends to emphasize red and yellows and in absence of lighting the grey tone - I tuned the filter down for this one a bit, but at the time I was using all shots cause bleedouts (I think its called just fkn bleed), improved blood (which has since had an update) and Whyem's Bloodlust - but the bloodbath one that has the most of my fav color .. magenta!

when i shoot the npc with this mod they dont fly back like they do in your video, have you changed anything in your files?

I'm checking on this - I remember it was the thing I hated most about RAREP and DRO when I first played them (fresh install) so I don't think I changed anything. I got used to the occasional npc flying back quickly eventually. The only thing I can think of is that I turned up the weapon damage in rampage trainer, a shot that kills an npc when they are 100 percent healthy can sometimes trigger different reactions in my experience - I usually turn up the damage to 1.7 or so to ensure a single shot kills for , unless i want people walking all over the place bleeding out , Im gonna see if I did anything to PDO too

yes, when i get to my computer i sure will. I did copy one I did a lot of initial showcases with and I'm not sure what I might have changed between then, but it is in a reply to someone who commented on CERR Showcase #1, its in a few different replies because i copied and pasted every character, but that's a good thing. I will look at my new one as soon as im in front of it.

@@matthewrichard3330 I just deleted my game files (minus the big RFP ones) and loaded whatever I was using in early october probably because of a mixture of PDO tweaks and some mod combo that allows me to talk to and shoot anyone with no retaliation - usually ignore everyone means you lose the interaction aspects, I lost it for a second there so ive been looking at the ini files closely - i should get around to pdo shortly and I will convey my newest, but it may be pretty much the same as the one i posted in cerr comments. the WERO 5 second delay version, AEM, and CERR work nicely (not at once but whichever loaded) with PDO. I'm also looking at the physics tasks, I think I actually manually installed CERR in the LML replace folder, so im wondering if aspects of it kick on when I'm using another Euphoria in the lml folder - I know if one is broken it reverts to CERR by default this way. Heavier bodies version I believe. Just looking into a bunch of stuff today. I found that modifying the weapon damage multiplier (up or down) with rampage can be a quick way to adjust exactly how PDO and the Euphoria mods go together - like if people are getting up when they should be badly injured. I'd like to play with PDO and see if it can't be tuned even better so Im also looking for youtube videos specifically on PDO tweaks if any exist. probably reddit or something has someone's tweaks explained.

I'll never be monitized... half my subscribers are from Gamestop Wallstreetbets videos so the algarythm is f'd for RDR2. I was thinking of deleting the channel, waiting a year, and reposting it fresh after moving and getting a new phone number - RDR3 will still be a decade away haha. That's probably the best plan honestly. But till then Its copywrited music fest. I sure wish i did a mix for some of them minus music though.. hope AI can add gunshots by then..

Hey mate. Is it normal for (Especially W.E.R.O) for NPC's to not always display the Unique Physics Reaction but just fall Backwards? Because with a Lot of Euphoria Mods that I test, I get Great Reactions but every few NPC's don't display these reactions and just sort of "Hunch up" and Fall Backwards. For me it ruins a lot of Euphoria Mods Where some NPC's just don't display the Euphoria's Mods Physics half the time. Thanks mate!

Is the Wero folder with the install file in the LML folder? WERO has a master folder, then a 1.3 (might be off) or a 5 second delay folder which are two different version, so if you put the 5 second delay folder (the one with fred and wilma and other files as well as the install file in the root of that folder) into LML it should work. If you use Ped Damage Overhaul the default file should be configured to ragdoll, but if you were to check you would open the ini file associated with PDO with notepad or something, then scroll and make sure euphoria ragdoll has a 1 behind it instead of a zero. Sometimes I use rampage to set the weapon damage lower too, which can be done in pdo ini as well. You should definitely be seeing some wound grabbing and stuff out of WERO at all times. let me know if any of this helps.

@@Red_Dead_Director Thanks for the Reply mate. It's a pain (for me) With getting Consistent physics Reactions. I'll Get the Desired Reaction for a few Npc's then I'll get Reactions I Don't like. I Guess with Red Dead 2 having so Many Different "Limb Reactions" It's hard to always get the Desired Results.

CERR, or WERO - There's a 3 or 4 now that have good slow stumbling and that's a good question. I made this video that has 6 of the mods all on one screen (different weapons with a countdown timer between them to show all reactions) that would be perfect to check out and decide.
