Third viewing! Great video. I can echo all the good things said about your skills and work, including the video production and music bites. Thank you again. p.s. How is your pup Lucky.
A simple Ming style cabinet but so elegant with so many components and joints are need So precisely fitted I always enjoy your videos watching your great skill in woodworking I also love to see your handsome pet dog
Extraordinary joinery. All of the small touches like the through mortises on the cabinet’s top frame and the tusk pin with a touch of heartwood through the door pulls. Each of which receiving a small dowel through the edge of each door! Superb.
Perfect! Excellent technique combined with perfectly sharp Japanese tools produce a beautiful result. Thank you for this fine video with ambient sound; finely crafted too. I noticed that you are using a Canadian, Veritas making gauge, an excellent tool I've also been using for years. I delighted in seeing you work. Thank you.
Great and detailed video! I really like the way you guide me step by step. I want to make a small cabinet for my office, your video will be a great inspiration for me.
Very nice design. I like the chalk board idea i always lose my notes don’t know why i have thought about a chalk board. Your very lucky walnut doesn’t bother your immune system. Remember what Confucius says behind every great woodworker is a spouse with a great job.
That was a joy to watch. Fantastic craftsmanship Sir. May I ask what the name of the tools you used? Like the saws and chisels? Would love to try the same saws. Again thank you for taking the time to make these fantastic videos of your work. Subscribed. James Liverpool UK
I completly agree with the comments, outstanding work, nice joinery - at highest accuracy! such a beautifull piece of furniture. one question: did you give some glue after the dryfit, or did you only frictionfit it together? keep the high level, thank you for sharing the build
You don't need me to tell you that your joinery is impeccable...your master must be proud. Someday you might translate the meaning of your tattoo. I see you dipped your chisel in a lubricant @ 3:25. Care to share what that might be? I'm guessing a light oil??? Cheers,
🙏🏼All good👍, why not any joinery between side panels and cabi top. We used to have long 2 numbers T&G or hidden dovetails of every classical cabinets. Tks
