"Et Voilà" Is perfect because it is a good voiceline and it's French. (As a Charlie main, do not bully me please. Also I am not a simp, I just like the mechanics of the Brawler)
1:38 As a Tick main, I can say that his mastery title in my native language (Spanish) is pretty good. It is "He perdido la cabeza" ("I lost my head" in English), meaning two things: Tick losing his head to attack other brawlers, and players who lose their minds facing a Tick, one of the most annoying brawlers :)
