Ghantaa. Is knowledge ki value tab hogi jab practically iske dum pe financialy kuch result nikaal pao. Madam Ji, Jaise aapne bataya breach of contract ka law hai. Pure din mein pata nahin kitni br mera contract breach hota hai. Jaise k meri kisi se dealing hui ki aap muze 9 baje mil lena taki hum dealing krlenge aur party ne accept b krlia k main time se pauch jauga. Samne wali party ne 10 minute late kardia aur un 10 minute late ki wajah se mera $ 200 ka loss hogaya kuki uske behalf pe maine kisi aur ko invite krlia tha aur wo party uske intazar me wapas chali gayi aur order cancel hogaya. To kya in baaton mein breach of contract ka section laga k court me matter dala jasakta hai? Hum apne business mein serious aur disciplined hain par samne wali party nahin hai aur samay barbaad krti hai to aise har insan pe legal action lena theek hai kya ? Aise to ye dunia hume lichhad bolne lag jayegi jabki ek party khud time final kr k late hori hai jiska khamiyaaza dusri party ko bhugatna padd rha ha Aise to har insan samne wali party pe case thok thok k court mein compensation hi leta rahe

Ma'am, I want law point where party one has given less payment after completion of one part of road construction but expenses are high.sufferer party is still contract of maintenance of road. Under which head of contract party may challenge before arbitration.
