A few things I noticed about this video and the info in it. Persona 4 Arena was region locked on PS3, but the updated Ultimax version you showed the cover of is not region locked and works on all region consoles. In addition to this, the DLC thing on Switch varies from game to game. It all depends on if the game is the same game cartridge in every region or not. A Japanese version of Xenoblade 2 for example will only work with the Japanese version of the DLC because it is a different version of the game, but when it comes to Xenoblade 3 the DLC from any region will work with a copy from any region because they are the same version of the game. It all depends on if the game has one universal version in every region or has different versions with differences like language in each region.
I remember buying a used game from my local game store in 2007 (for the PlayStation 2) and it was *really* cheap. I paid for the game without checking and put in in my console. It was so cheap because it was an NTSC game. In Australia we have the PAL format.
Hello Makhir nice video as always. Very informative. Just wanted to share that the PS2 can be modded to be region free and once you do that the console will actually switch resolutions depending on what region game you insert in it. The console is perfectly capable of playing discs from any region. It can also output 1080i signal if forced to do so. Some games like GT4 utilised it and others can be forced to run at that resolution. Some games like Resident Evil also give you the option to switch resolutions when you first put the disc in. Keep up the good work friend 👍
