I honestly loved MW3's kill streak system the best. Me and my friends used party up and all ran support streaks in dom and kept shutting down all enemy streaks. Advanced UAV, stealth bomber and EMP setup was broken. It was some troll shit, but super fun.
So weird going from cod4 all the way to bo2 and seeing the series now. It’s barely even the same game anymore. And Vanguard and Cold War are just reskins of mw.
I remember playing domination all the time with support streaks. I'd just run UAV, C-UAV, and A-UAV and be constantly spamming them throughout the match. It really helps your team win a lot of games
The support package in this game was way more powerful than people gave it credit for. As a half decent player, all you have to do was play super aggressively and get in a bunch of gunfights and you’ll get all you’re kill streaks easy.
MW3s killstreak system was perfect. It had something for every play style. Personally, Support fit my play style because I was always too aggressive and impatient to actually try to build up streaks, plus my connection didn't allow me to win many gunfights. The only real reason we go for kill streaks is to get a reward that will hopefully get us more kills, for more score so we could level up faster. But running something like a SAM Turret, Recon Drone & Advanced UAV got me *so much score.* Like every match if I got around 25-30 kills, i could have x2 Recon Drones, tag 12-15 people in each drone (at least 1500XP each time) x2 SAM Turrets, shoot down 5 aircrafts each time (at least 250XP each time) then the Advanced UAV would help me get gun kills to build up another round of killstreaks. 3500XP + 2500XP minimum had me leveling up faster than people going out and pub stomping. Such a good system.
Honestly a great idea on paper, but definitely broken in practice. Stealth bomber, juggernaut, and emp definitely should not have been part of the support package. Advanced UAV was kinda useless and should have been buffed since the popular perk Assassin counters it . The recon drone was also really OP cuz it took 3 stinger missiles to take it down… Other than that, a great idea that could have been built upon in the newer games
Support Streaks were the most OP streaks in COD history. You had to be clever with Recon Pro and Hardline Pro and the recon drone. I had more assists than kills. Rarely lost a game
I got into cod super late and as someone who was ass at the game support was for me and as I got better it was nice to run to chill and not worry about deaths. I remember hoping into old TTV lobbies with streamers just to drop vests, getting a support moab with a dragunov, man, good times.
I used to run UAV, Counter UAV, and Advanced UAV for my team. I would constantly have a UAV up for the team, and constantly block the other teams radar. helped everyone else get their big killstreaks
Just wanted to say thanks for playing these old CODs. I get to scratch the nostalgia itch. Also thanks for not being super negative or sweaty like a lot of the COD content creators. You keep it chill and relax
Damn I forgot all about the Juggernaut suits that you could call in. Those things were so much fun to use. Thanks again for the videos, Fortunate. I hope this year has treated you well (or as well as it could) and next year goes even better. Happy New Year, mate.
I liked the support streaks because i was never really good enough to get the higher killstreaks, but i loved supporting my teammates. I didn’t play MW3 as much as i wanted to during it’s era but man i still had so much fun when i did
I always loved using the Recon Drone, it can turn the tide when your team is losing. Plus it's good for annoying the enemy team if they play so nasty or camp alot 🤣
I miss playing these old cods so much. My PC fried and I've been getting by with an old laptop that can barely run minesweeper, and I don't have the money to get a new gaming setup. So I live vicariously through you bro.
my friends and i used to party up and run support uav and counter uav and just constantly call them in and have the other teams radar scrambled. best way to get a team to rage quit
I used to run UAV ballistic vest and Sam turret while the other people in my party used to run assault streaks back in my modern warfare 3 days.. We used to dominate TDM
Damn bro watching your vids make me reminisce back to the old days getting home from school skipping homework just to whoop some ass on Mw2 , so glad I was apart of that generation but so sad thinking bout it knowing we’ll never get this type of gameplay ever again
Yessur do I remember the support streak. Stopped using the assault and went full support with uav and balistic vest combo. Was tearing clans apart, good times.
Man i miss prime time mw3 and bo2 so bad, was 14-15 only thing i had to Worry about was homework but after that i could sit down with Nothing to think off and Just drop nuclears and moabs with my mates, watching u play this takes me back to those times
One thing I used to do for the fake airdrops is I would wait by it and make it look like I was about to take it to bait someone into taking it. The map Seatown brings back memories, that was the first map I played on MW3 Multiplayer. Also, I once managed to get killed by my own SAM Turret once.
The good ol' days. I remember when I used to play MW3 I used to run support streaks to help my teammates. And one day I noticed that I was getting streak without getting the actual amount of kills needed to call them in, like I could call in a Stealth Bomber with 7 kills... I could call the majority of the higher streaks with just ½ of the kills 😂 probably an infection on my acc or something
If You were running Hard Line every 2 assist awarded you 1 kill towards your streak, just like capping objectives awarded you a half A KILL, so in KC EVERYTIME YOU KILLED SOMEONE AND COLLECTED THIER TAG YOUR STREAK INCREASED BY 1 AND A HALF. SO 6 KILLS AND 12 TAGS COLLECTED(DIDN'T MATTER IF IT WAS AN ENEMY TAG OR A FRIENDLY TAG)WOULD GIVE YOU 12 POINTS AND THE ADVANCED UAV
@@EvilVenom316 Nah. I'm aware of how hard line works. I only played TDM back in the day and used to run Quickdraw as my second perk so no, I wasn't running Hard Line
Hey questions, one is There Controller Support And Aim Assist On These Mods(MW2,MW3,BO1,BO2,SMR)? What're Thier System Requirements? Either my processor or graphics card isn't good enough to play BO3. My PC Was Built Way Back In January 2012
I remember staying up all night playing this game! I would get a monster energy, put some skrillex on and go for some kill streaks. Those were the days.
hi. when you play on pc, do you play with a controller? if yes, which one? I've tried playing regular mw2 and iw4x and I always have a small deadzone..
Fortunate what pc do you have if not pre built what specs trying to get a good idea for a pc new to it all I want to play some of the older cods that you play frequently
Mw2 Riot shield Pistol secondary Scavenger Anything for second perk I used Lightweight. Was pretty fun. Commando Stun Semtex. Use stuns to slow then Semtex, pick up more repeat. Can also quick swap to pistol to finish or get close enough for commando.
How do you play MW2 and MW3 is it on your Xbox? Those lobbies still fill up? Or is this on private servers on a PC? Could you share how and where I would love to replay these games and relive the good cod days
Me and my homies used to pub stomp using support killstreaks. 3 guys rocking recon pro and flashbangs 4 rocking UAVs and Ballistic Vests as killstreaks and on dome, yeah shit was litty. Dropped a game with 30 assists once
I always loved the people who fell for the trap care packages. You either throw it in a hotzone so the enemy has a higher chance of getting, but that itself is suspicious. Alternatively throw it in your spawn. Then you got to wonder about why is there a care packages not taken. Strep will also let you know, I believe you can shoot it to be safe and a hit marker will pop up. Then the cherry on top of it all is that it's always high end kill streaks. Like AC130 or so on. Even less likely someone would leave it there.
for hardcore i only ran uav and ballistic vests, half way through the round there would be 3 or 4 of them scattered around the map. and in hardcore they were ridiculously overpowered!
I mainly used support streaks with uav/counter or vests/sam turret. I felt like it was a great for the team while im still running around getting kills
Missed mw3 one of the last good cod games going moab hunting was good specially with assault kill streak since two assist count as kill towards the moab hehe
Support was great for players like me who aren't very good at the game and enjoyed playing casual Also it was a nice reward for capping flags and encouraged me to play more objectively
11:08 has an advanced up but puts bomber in middle where no one really is. you saw where they were and which direction they were facing. put it infront of them and youll get a hit.
I always ran support in any game mode other than S&D. Stealth bomber racks up a fair amount of kills on open maps and the EMP was perfect to sit on. Not hard to rack up that many kills quickly then just save the EMP for when a bunch of enemy's put up streaks, boom denied.
escort airdrop and the m39 ebr with red dot and silencer were the shiittttt. i forgot assault streaks otherwise i would list off my acr and assault streak combo
Hey what happened to the discord server? I just watched the MM game where u paid $400 and u mentioned the discord but now u don’t have it linked in the nee videos
I would use stun grenades with the recon pro perk. running uav recon drone and advanced uav. I would throw random stuns everywhere and get over 50 assists
Also, Juggernaut Recon is absolutely my favorite killstreak of all time from any CoD. It's so OP if you know how to use it correctly. I've single handedly won games with that streak alone
