Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God. In it you shall do no work... for in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.
Exodus 20:8-11

I’ve been a Seventh-day Adventist for a little more than 17 years now. The sabbath is a blessing and I’m very glad I am able to keep it. I’m very thankful for the person who told me about the Sabbath.

I have been the follower of The Way for the last 11 years. Man made religion Christianity has tainted The Truth. RCC took the liberty to change Yahowah’s Set Apart Day to Sunday. One does not need to belong to any religion or denomination to understand Sabbath is a blessing to keep, but to read Scriptures. That is it! Sadly, Christianity makes out of people luke warm believers who follow mere men, rather than their One and Only teacher, Yeshua HaMashiah.

Jessica, there are other Sabbath Days (Lev.23) in God's plan too. They will be kept by all mankind in the future too (Zechariah 14:1-4,9,16-19, Isaiah 66:23). Some already were fulfilled like Passover (Christ's sacrifice for the sins of the world) Unleavened Bread & Pentecost (God's Spirit being poured out), but others have not been fulfilled yet, which are a "shadow of things to come", such as: Feast of Trumpets (where Jesus comes back to save the world from destruction of WW3), Day of Atonement (where Satan is bound a 1,000 years at the world becomes at "one with God"), Feast of Tabernacle and Last Great Day. I hope you are open-minded to read and see the booklet of "The Holy Days: God's Master Plan" in Tomorrow's World, you will gain much insight.

The prodigal son is returning. I ask of all the brothers and sisters to pray for me. I can't believe after tasting how good God is and being blessed to come across present day truth, I still decided to go my way. NOW I'm so heart broken, I only have a piece of heart in my chest. But thank God that no man cometh unto Jesus except the father draws him. I'm coming home.

I am proud to be a part of a seventh day Adventist..since when i was a child going to church every Saturday with my family. Going to church. has given me! thought me! To love!! .and respect!! And the discipline! And to never forget jesus is always by our side no matter what.. And that's experience has helped me in a journey where i need to face the harsh world that we exist in. We all know as an adults . that live a life ! As a man. Who needs to provide. And all the sacrifices. that we go through just to give your love ones what they needed. But it depends on what path or situation that god had given you to go through . For those who have been blessed .for a wealthy life .there will be no excuses. To give time for a the day of sabbath And for those who needed to fight and sacrifice. that even going to church is a challenge as a SDA but never forget jesus! In his heart. Jesus will always understand . And know i understand! why i never saw my father goes to church. In Saturday's Back when i was a child i ask my father a question? I said - why? wouldn't you come to churh with us ? that's he responded and goes to . You'll get it's someday son . Just pray for me .! And help your mom take care your siblings.! God bless all Jesus will always knows what kind of person you are . Bad or good Going to church every Saturday does not make you a good person . God knows
