Did anyone grow up playing this game?

I like The Thing game. While the infection system isn't as dynamic as the game makes it out to be, you can tell the team loved the John Carpenter film and wanted to make the best game possible. Side note, the villain is voiced by the same guy who plays the Cigarette Smoking Man on the X Files.

fun fact, john carpenter wants to adapt the 2008 video game "dead space" into a movie

I just saw the original movie for the first time yesterday and found out about the game today. It was fun to watch the video and find out what happened after the movie.

Are you excited for the new remaster/remake? Im PUMPED. The Thing has been my favorite movie for at least 25 years and I cant WAIT to experience this game again with updated graphics and gameplay

the prequal movie is ok. the cg and some minor plots elements dont work well but it was enough for me to enjoy
