Most people choose bhukti (i.e., worldly pleasures to gratify the five senses) or mukti (i.e., liberation from the miseries presented by Maya) when given a choice. They do not know there is something higher, which is bhakti. If we ask for bhakti (i.e., divine love of God), not only does it enslave God but it also brings mukti along with it. There is a difference between the desire to escape miseries vs. relishing the bliss of God. Wow, thank you, Swamiji.

Actually we must not keep any desires...we are ultimately lord's creation he's the director of our world drama we merely actors must follow the directions of the director n act accordingly as per lord's instructions he's our master of our lives so why question the master Lord...let me be part of his world drama n let me be instrumental n let lord utilise me the way lord wants...no question must we put to our master lord 🙏
@@mausumipatra6866 hello ur question is good n valid....long time back even I had dis question and used to feel trapped as to what One must take initiative and do or what is lord's instructions how one must draw up this difference between the two....i got the answer....1st n foremost become observing be slow in taking any quicker action observe and be witnessing what's exactly happening around u.... Now I hv learnt by By being slow n by observing that whatever situation circumstances comes in our lives it's lords n universe play just watch what is sent ur way sit calm relaxed look godwards if u wish to seek an answer or way to deal the sent situations see from within u will sense a way arising as to what is expected in given scenario just be sure ur action is selflessness and welfare for allll....

I am though unknown to ur situation or circumstances u must be going through pardon me as I am saying from a view far from what actually really One goes through ur situation ur courage ur efforts each one knows what they are facing where their shoe is biting them in their lives scenario which looks huge n consuming them... But believe me I too have seen life situation may be different from urs intensity May be less more anything..i too hv tumbled trembled felt confused then but slowly gradually going godwards slowing my minds noise n fear same situation arose time n again but a different me slowly each time faced it... How...? Simply slowing myself down turning godwards trying best to listen what god is trying to tell me as to how I must react n face the situation....small small indication comes our way from God we must be vigilant alert full of faith that this is god's signalling message coming my way.... Talk daily basis with god say all that's bothering u in ur life like a friend speak to god ask his intervention he speaks to us all we fail to hear him understand him build faith learn to see positively hands of god everyday in everything happening around u...learn to be brave to smile at every situation that comes ur way smile be assured n relaxed with full faith that god's up to handling ur situation as well bright future ahead...whichever god idol u believe increase ur bhakti kirtan whatever is ur way if u read scriptures of any god u believe increase it...i personally read Bhagwat Gita with full explanation hence I understand n see god's hands in every plan also personally I would suggest u 2 types of Bhagwat Gita One Bhagwat Gita as it is by AC bhaktivedanta another Gita is amazingly on deep within limits of our soul titled Essence of Bhagwat Gita explained by paramhansa yogananadas ji swami kriyananda ji....this 2nd book will change ur soul power n life seeing ways completely last of all a autobiography of yogi by parmahansa yogananadas this is personally my topmost favorite book read by me daily to deepen faith in god.... These are my secret I share with you how n why it makes me share with you don't know but I think these books will make ur faith stronger u verrrrry courageous to cope up with anything happening in ur life and make u joyous trust me if you can may be god wanted me to share this with you as u r special god's child....🙏

We are the eternal part of God and He has sent us to serve Him. But we have forgotten our true self and kept ourselves in the trap of maya. All the Desires in this material realm are self seeking, never ending and never give us true satisfaction. Yet we are begging and begging so many material things to God from endless life time. Only when we align our desire with the desire of God and guru we get permanent happiness. So nice explanation by Swamiji!

As we practice and slowly attach our mind to God and Guru, our mind will automatically get detached from the world, to the exact same extent. If our attachment to God reaches 10%, our detachment from the world will also reach 10%. When our mind becomes 50% attached to God, the rest of the journey will get relatively easier. 50% attachment is a big milestone for a sadhak or a spiritual aspirant. We need to put maximum effort at the initial stage.
All we can think about is how the self will get happiness... Wondering if we need to give up our feeling of feeling happy which is usually a result of fulfillment of a desire...Thanks so much for this thought provoking message!
Cont... Self Seeking is a process in progress ever since becoming the Fragmental part of the Supreme Personality of Godhead KRSNA. This means to continue Bhakti till the TIME personal motives disappear and ultimately Fragmental part is Absorbed back in to the Whole (Paramatma/KRSNA) and Fragmental part (Jivatma) Diffusing again in to the Whole/KRSNA. Truly , this is one of the most profound gospel. As a Hindu , I believed that mukti should be ultimate goal but it was intriguing to learn that mukti should not be sought for reasons so lucidely explained by Swamiji. This eye opening video must be watched by all .
Bhakti is done internally. We don't need to let others know that we are constantly thinking of God and we want to increase our attachment to God and Guru. We don't have to let anyone know about our inner state of mind.
@@elizabeththomas4956 Raganuga Bhakti is so easy to practice. If situation is not favourable, one doesn’t need to go to temple. The only requirement in raganuga bhakti is to always remember God and Guru, and never forget them. To remember them in our mind, we need to practice daily sadhna where we do meditation (Roopdhyan) on God and Guru for 1 hour at the least in isolation at our home. This practice of daily sadhan will help one remember God and Guru at other times when we are engaged in worldly duties.
The desire to not come back to the world is the desire for mukti, which means desiring liberation from the cycle of birth and death. Swamiji just explained in this video that ‘mukti’ is a selfish desire. The choice is ours - to chose between mukti and bhakti.
Bukt: God, take all my troubles away... God: ok mukti granted I will grant you money, you never imagined, so that you can even achieve mukti.. Never satisfied Bukt: What!!! God gaving me mukti so easily. Never satisfied bukt: God .. Give me 3-4 muktis.. possibly grant me 10 mukts..so Ithat I can sell them in black.!!.
have seen many ask for money, education or family then having got these still not happy. My father used to say ask for the strength for whatever is coming whether is good or bad things coming. Then you will have the strength to cope with everything
Yes , I felt this # Gyan. When someone have really love for God , naturally they will observe that they will feel everything normal . Bhakti will naturally help to achieve internal calmness which will lead to feel naturally happy for all the time
Swamiji, you said with bhakti we get mukti so then is mukti the ultimate goal? if yes then why not just ask for mukti. i mean what more do we get with bhakti and by enslaving god? All these sound like play of words.
How can you get mukti if you don't have Bhakti (love) for God? You can only be free when you love God with all your heart. Then only are you free of other loves. Mukti is the natural result of bhakti. So I don't agree to this. Sounds like mental confusion 😁
