Damn I miss Kobe, I started watching basketball because of him. I’m a fan of all sports and Kobe is my favorite athlete of any sport.

I cried for the first time in 20 years when I found out he passed away. I miss his presence around the Laker nation.

Who would’ve thought just in 9 short days after this interview he’d be gone forever. It’s very heartbreaking however shortly there after his death Coronavirus fell upon us and basically we didn’t hear no more about him. I’m still shattered. But think of it this way the entire world is hurting of those that were lost to covid-19. Vanessa Capri and the other two daughters don’t give up. You are not alone in this

I was playing in an away ball game in downtown Toronto when I found out Kobe passed away, it was the 4th qtr the buzzer sounded the game ended teammates told me the news. One of the saddest days of my life, went back to my campus gym and shot jumpers. Miss you Kobe, Gianna, and the 7 innocent lives on board. Kobe truly inspired me at a young age to play and work hard in basketball and it paid off thank you, Kobe. #MambaForever

Man i dont cry for celebrities or sports icons when they pass, but when this dude died with his daughter I cried like I knew them it was so sad and upsetting. Him and his daughter and when Chester Bennington committed suicide is the only times I cried for 3 people iv never met.

When Kobe passed last year it was a very mournful moment of my life and I never wanted to believe that he was no longer here, hell I still refuse to believe that he is no longer with us and the strange thing about all this is that I just yesterday lost my Great grandmother on then 25th of January, just one day before the one year anniversary of Kobe's passing. The last few week of January are forever going to leave a negative imprint in my mind as a time of grief and mourning both for family and for an idol who I grew watching on television and was a role model for me. RIP both to Kobe and my grandmother😭😭

I was so shocked. When I heard the news.it stayed with me throughout the day. I had a dream that night about Kobe. He gave me his autograph, he was telling me how to manage my money. He taught me about the stock market. And all of it felt real. I told my sister that I never meet Kobe, but I meet him in my dream. I also want to mention that Kobe had a special place in his heart for the homeless. RIP Champ 🙏🏾

Every time I see a picture or remember something someone has written about him and his family, I remember that Kobe were a man of God! God carried him threw all of his tough times and He is still carrying him because we can not get enough of Kobe, Gigi, Peyton, and all of those who were with him that day. I always knew that God had his hands on Kobe's his life because there was nothing he could not do. Kobe were the one that God had chosen to do all the things that he did and God knew that he would leave a lot behind that he had not finished. Kobe was a dreamer, what he dreamed and whatever he was doing with his daughters, he wrote about. Kobe had and still have a lot to tell the world. and he always love children, it's like he had no child hood like Michael Jackson. Kobe stayed the course that God allowed him to and he never ran away from a challenge. Kobe, was always going to be loved because of the way he carried himself and how he grew up. RIP Kobe, Gigi, and all 7 of those who died along with you may your spirits always RIP. May we all always remember all of you with love.
