Your vlogging has a different element to it we can clearly see there wasn’t an agenda when you first started you was strictly reminiscing and your stories are authentic which is what draws everybody in. To answer I think Rooga answered for majority of y’all beef Rooga said he was in jail on a case before he got out right before Scrapp died. He was out for Scrapp getting shot in the last two incidents one he survived and the other when they finally got him when he told him not to go outside.
Big les was just talking about this too. I think he said it was the first time scrap got shot in the leg rooga almost got hit too. They was in a stairwell or some shit. I'd have to go watch the video again.

Rooga wasn’t there for the chest shot though… but now I can kind of piece together the day of his death Big Les dropped him back over by MOB and Rooga must’ve been over that way as well when Scrapp wanted to go back outside to play ball and (Rooga) told him not to go outside. He went anyway and Big Les shows the alleyway + the gated door he was trying to go to before he was killed & he cuts the camera off.

Scrapp had to. You heard Tay say Steve then was trying to catch him before Baldy even got killed. After Baldy got killed, Steve sprayed their house up. Apparently, Steve was a real hot head for his mom to move him from the 100's cause he was in too much ish there and probably would have died either way with an attitude like he had.
The fact that they could never catch him only means scrapp was moving extra smart. He was living on his opps block it would be foolish for him to be moving loose as hell. And based on what Tay said about his father we know certain precautions were taken to ensure scrapp was safe.

They moved out of the 100s but ultimately she probably still couldn’t afford to move out the hood so they had to move to a different hood that was probably worse than the one they moved from.
