Her wealth was largely a combination of her husband's, who was the founder of equity firm, and good investments. She's undoubtably benefited from some lobbyist secret handshakes over the years, but that's industry standard, and the bulk of her wealth has been scrutinized and vetted. 2. All senators are paid the same, no senator is getting paid "millions in tax dollars." 3. She was *ELECTED* FIVE (5!) TIMES. *ELECTED* by the voters of California. 7.86 MILLION Californians voted for her 2012. THAT is on the voters. Period. The democratic party failed to put forth a better candidate, and the voters shrugged and went along with it. YOU are exactly the type of uneducated voter, full of uninformed assumptions and feelings, I'm referring to. Instead of getting involved in the process, you just shrug and check a box (if you even do that) and then play the victim later when you don't like the results. Then add "prayers to her family" after you basically insinuated that she was some kind of criminal dictator pillaging taxdollars from powerless citizens with no say in the matter.
