I was fortunate enough to know Spencer while he was new to Oregon. He really was as good a person and as much of a positive influence on his teammates as everyone has said he was since this tragic accident occurred. He is missed.
I’ve kicked it with Spencer about 3 years ago he grew up with my homies out in Dixon and was close friends with my homies out here in Napa California dude was such a humble human being and had a warm heart he will be missed I’ll never forget the moment kicking it with him 🙏🏽
I am formerly from Eugene, Oregon and a great U of O fan, I moved back East about 10 years ago but continued to follow the "Ducks", I did not know about Spencer's death, and this makes me so sad, My condolence to his family especially his brother.
I’m an Ohio State fan, but watching videos of Spencer Webb off the field. This man’s positive vibe and attitude is something special. A great man gone way too soon. R.I.P. 4 (and 18). 💚💛
I got nervous when he changed his # to 4. An unlucky number in all of Asian culture. I’m an Oregonian but lived in Asia for 7 years. The #4 represents death, snakes and bad luck. Every apartment/home is much cheaper if you’re willing to live on the 4th floor. One of my 9 apartments was flooded on the 4th floor in China. In addition, I was burned or attempted murder on the 4th floor in a countryside apartment. 36 nights in the hospital and 18% of my body burned. Certainly this is an accident and wrong place wrong time like my burns. As that was a case of mistaken identity. Nonetheless, it happened. I lived, came to after 8 days. BTW- 8,6 & 1 are all lucky numbers in Asia. Especially 6 & 8. Wealth and health.
He powered through a bad home life battle through school struggles got back on track had a future now and then was gone in a accident 🥺 life is so unfair man that is just tragic… at least he is at peace
