I am more serious. I've always been serious and I really want to learn how to have serious fun! Donated and waiting for my book. Thank you! Christians should have the most fun!!
I used to listen to FOF decades ago but finding you again here reminded me what a huge blessing this program is especially in the arid desert of life that our country has become.
This is confirmation! Being guilty myself, it is so easy to get caught up with worries, cares, stresses, conspiracies, that we forget to do the one thing G-d wants us to do, "Enjoy and have fun with each other and Him!" Since I have learned to be like the Lilies in the field and walk, and talk with Him daily the worries, cares, stresses, conspiracies, are barely noticeable and I am free! I pray daily that we as His children, would all take our walk with Him seriously, but have fun along the way! Ecclesiastes 3:4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; time to mourn, and a time to dance!
Thank you for this session the timing was perfect from the Lord and desperately needed can’t wait to get the book. Thank you Jim and all at Focus on The Family
I sure try to show affection by encouragement, sometimes it feels like flirting when I show it to a friend that happens to be a girl but my hope is they know I love and care about them
Thank you “again” Jim :-) I just googled your “Dad’s Report Card” and sent to my adult kids for a grade. The Army had something like this called “360” as a leader. How others see you 😊
“Dance in the rain” when in Colorado; but in Florida or the tropic, you’ll get sizzled by a thunderbolt. So, it depends on your relationship situation if you can “dance” or “get to cover asap!”
As a Christian we should definitely have joy and enjoy life, but also remember that we are living in the last days! I believe hardships like we have never experienced before are coming to US. Church needs to be ready!
Our heart goes out to you, Giovanni, and we're praying for the Lord to give you peace and a new sense of purpose. We'd also like to connect you with a member of Focus' counseling team. All our counselors are caring therapists, and they've been a source of help to many others. Just call us at 1-800/A-FAMILY (232-6459) weekdays between 6:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. (MT). There's no charge for this service. We hope to hear from you, Giovanni. God bless you.
I don't agree with you when you say, "We have one shot of life - Right"? Sorry, but that's NOT TRUE! Many people, including me, have true stories of dying and coming back to life. Two years ago, I had a massive heart attack. The Cardiologist told me that I died for 6 minutes. It took 3 times to try to revive me on a defibrillator. Apparently, it wasn't my time to go. People must remember that constantly using the phrase "You only have one life", has no value or sense!
