I like the medic a lot! They have really good arch support that isn’t too firm. I also have a somewhat flat arch so the medics have really helped alleviate foot and knee pain I can’t say enough good things about the Remind insoles they are a really good insole can’t go wrong 👍👍
Hey Brett! It's been a while. Funny enough this is actually something I've been looking for because all the insoles I ever get always do have that heel to toe drop and it kinda kills my calves. Have you considered dropping links for your reviews?

@@upshotrundown nah, moved to Maryville, Tennessee a few years ago to be closer to my mom so I can have somebody to watch my kids every now and again. Right now I just wear regular Adidas, and Keens at work. Since I saw this video and a couple others, now I'm wondering about minimalist shoes cuz my heels and calves hurt a lot after a day at work. I spend a lot of time climbing ladders and stuff, and I definitely have raised heels in the boots and shoes I wear, so maybe that's part of it
@@no.thx. Oh ok, I'm actually considering a move to Raleigh, NC but it's 50/50 at best, going to take a while to figure out if it's the right choice right now. Anyway, Not sure what Keens are like and you know I was mostly reading bmx magazines during high school so I come to you with no medical knowledge, but only from my own experience. I was dealing with a really wrecked ankle sprain issue (from work, not riding oddly enough) which caused some rough achilles tendonitis and also had some other foot issues and going to zero drop and minimalist shoes improved my situation a ton. Still not perfect, but a bunch better. Gotta be REALLY slow with getting into the actual minimalist shoe stuff though, if you try to real man tough it out you'll probably end up with more harm than good. Just zero drop, but otherwise more "normal" type of shoes like the brand Altra you can probably be more aggressive with getting into, but still might want to wear them a few times on off work days, or wear them until lunch, then switch back. A bunch of boots have a big heel, so your foot might need some real adjustment time either way. Finding steal toe zero drops might be really hard, so hopefully that isn't a requirement.
@@upshotrundown oh I've found quite a few, Birkenstock QO 700 kinda looks the best to me, really reasonable price point too. They actually do have a more normal insole, but I think they're pretty close to zero drop.
Then there's more regular boots, like the DeWalt plasmas, where you can apparently just take out the insole, or replace it with something more like what you got here
