Thank you so much John H. I spent 30 minutes thinking I had the wrong pole attachment when all I needed to do was press the trigger so it would fit properly. Excellent tutorial on assembly and use, thanks again!
Hopefully, you can help with this. The chainsaw works fine, but when the pole is hooked up, the saw won't work... I'm afraid the pole has a short. Any ideas on how to fix the pole itself?
I have the same issue with it. I bought it in 2019 and tried using it after few years, it doesnt work with the pole attachment. Yes the plugs are connected.
