The day I make an 98 percent skill cooldown build it gets immediately patched and erased sadness. Post patch caps it at 75 ( why not 80 iunno) so this is as far as it gets without going super over or under meaning you can still do whatever you want but you can upkeep buffs indefinitely like deathwish and attack dog
The important takeaway is kinship trait from handler negates the drain and also the drain will kill you. But with kinship you just kind of gain 35 percent all damage and full health heals from hitting anything indefinitely with cooldown reduction at max. Don't need the handler class, can just take the trait but I like doggo.
Band of Fanatic seems buggy and is just amped status damage like crazy right now but expect to probably see that be gone tomorrow who knows anything I make is immediately patched.
Red ring is just to double up on statuses and the ticks will heal from deathwish life leech too along with siphoning if you really wanna be that guy sucking things to death.
