What a business. All the work is done by the end user, all you do is click options on the laptop through VPN/Remote Desktop. It's totally BMW worthy since it's taking money from people to click a mouse. People could just get their own cable and do the work themselves if they knew the steps to take. Maybe I'll make a video about that.
