You should always put a diode in parallel with the coil of the relay. Without it you will damage the transistor over time.

could i use 12v relay in terms of 6V ? is there any changes in components if i will use 6V relay?

You didn't connected 0.1uF C2 Capacitor as per circuit diagram. Instead you connected to one resistor, which resistor you connected ??

When Power off then they off. But sir we can give power that time led also on not off because we on led. For ex.. Home light switch we can on.That time Power gone light well be off.
