The OWK TPM build video is now complete! This was a fun install, and the first time I’ve seen such a cool and simple removable crystal chamber feature. Hopefully this is an entertaining video, but at the very least I hope it helps one of you with your own builds!

Awesome build! Not sure if you remember, but do you know what gauge wires you used for the micro pixel? Would it be a standard 22, 22, 30 (Pos, Neg, Dat)?

@@HectorRiveraOrtiz i used 28 awg wires for the micro pixel most likely. Accent pixels really don’t need much power from my experience, so you can give them smaller wires. For instance, the tiny neopixel accent strips you can find on saber stores come pre-installed with what I believe are 30awg wires. And those strips are sold in lengths as long as 20 from what I’ve seen. I figure if they can use 30awg wires for power, then it should be fine!

@@averycastillo In that case then, how would you go about wiring up the positive wires that go from the battery tab to the accent pixel, neopixel connector, and the soundboard if they're different gauges? Would my setup look like this?: 3 wires connected to the battery tab: 22 -> npxl connector, 22 -> kill switch, and 28 -> accent, with another 22 gauge wire going from the kill switch's middle pin to the sound board?

I just finished my first install of a GHv3. It works just fine but its kinda scuffed. I have a few questions: To which temperature do you set you iron to? And where do you get your chassis/Proffie boards?

Nice! Congrats on the install. To answet your questions, I set my iron to around 325 celsius, and I get my chassis from either saberbay, thesaberarmory, goth3designs shapeways, or sometimes I design my own. I get my proffie boards from either thesaberarmory or saberbay, but I’d also get them from thecustomsabershop

Thank you for the quick answer. I had mine on 400+ because the solder would sometimes just not melt no matter what ( could be me using a very thin tip or my solder is not good). ... You are a true inspiration. Thank you for your videos. I always love your install videos because you tell us about the process. The best ones are where you go really in depth with your install ane tell us tipps like the bend on the pixel connector cables for a cleaner wire feed... I cant wait for my next install. One more question: I plan on getting a 3d printer for all sorts of stuff but i could print my own chassis (i live in germany and waiting times and tax are always a wallet and time killer). Do you know a basic/ generic chassis for soundboards that will fit a large set of hilts.
