For input we take layer stack image or individual band? Also for me the output comes total blank white with black error lines. I am using Erdas 2014. Please give your suggestions.

Also another issue with Erdas is that error comes while importing any Landsat data. Have to click "ok to all" and "Dismiss the errors".

In my software after applying 2 times only Focal analysis only float option is coming then can not assign 0 values
