Found the solution,what I did wrong was during the setup I did not turn on admin mode in alliance app and after everything I had to switch off admin and owner in the alliance app and then uninstall the app .
during installation of alliance app using qr then i have to initially enable admin option on intro and disable knoxx enrollment service. Then again i've to go settings and disable admin and owner right?
