i am old plusar user. bajaj products had more quality issues in gearbox, sporket, battery, paint, body parts. They improved a lot in design, engine performance, quality too. but i ride ns 200 and rs 200 new vehicle in show room its become lot of noise and vibrations. still they cant resolve. but u find a way with easy methods. bajaj should learn a lot in current models and refined with new one. hats of bro.

Resonance is the cause of vibrations. You can change resonating frequency of vibrating object by adding some m-seal mass or two tape (which you have done)

Can we apply the tape directly, by not removing the parts?
