Have tried it for like month. Twice per week. I see no change. I got huge tanning on arms. But one thing works for me. That is wearing full sleeve outside of home. And it works slowly. Keep patience.

@@divyanshi3569 yes. If u have light tanning. This method may works for you. But if tanning is dark. It won’t make a single change as I’ve tried many thing for months. The only thing works is. Keep full sleeve shirt or tshirt. It protect from direct sun rays and dirt in air. Its slow process but as per winters coming. It will work automatically. Just be sure to wash full arms by soap daily in winters. Don’t skip bath😅😅 and in next summers. Buy urself some full sleeve tshirts. Cause shirts are little uncomfortable and thsirts are comfortable. If there is any vishal mega mart near you in any city. Go there and buy full sleeve tshirts for just rs 100 and it’s quality is superb for years usage

Mai ye method pehlese use kar raha tha,but mai sibh coffee aur curd use kiya tha,vo jada acha kam karta hai face tanning keliye, aur rice flour add karenge to vo scrub ka kaam bhi karega ,baki body parts like hand neck keliye,ye method sachme tanning nikalta hai
