This truly works. Just meditate and listen how instantly it heals your headache . Your body becomes refresh n energized. This mantra i listen whenever i feel like i need to cleanse my energy and purify it.
I'm Cristian the church taught me Hindu mantras were satanic. When I listen I feel good. Every spiritual tradition has some version of mantras including Christian gregorgian chant music. God isn't like all fits baseball hats, people are connected but individual. We must find our own way while remaining connected. Hindu chants get me there without violating my conscience. I want to share that as an energy-sensitive person, during gateways like 3/3 (which was 2 days ago for me), the intense releases of energy sometimes causes entities to attach. I instinctively came to this mantra and looped it, along with the Durga mantra video on this channel, and felt better. The next few days I used this, the Durga mantra, and the Ganesha mantra and when I went to one of my lightworker mentors, she saw that there had been some entity interference but was already cleared. My former boss had an inferior complex and felt undermined when I presented any alternate point of view. For 4 years he persecuted me. I stayed because it was a good secure company. what I would do and its worked for me is to meditate on nothingness. Whenever a thought or feeling comes up push it away. Keep doing it and with time it would nutulize any situation. If that doesn't work try asking gansh he is the master of elements and can help balance or shiva who has destructive and creative energy. Another way is by having a cat. The truth is a cat can nutrulize energy just by laying on you. They are psychic creatures and no I didn't make it up that can nutrulize negativity. They are also connected to the Egyptian goddess Basts. Hope it helps. If all else failed burn white sage and go around the room to clean the room its been used by shamans for centuries.

This worked nicely! Thank you for uploading and sharing with the rest of people. It is relaxing and freeing to the mind. I feel like many of the OM chants and many others tend to stimulate the vagus nerve by use of the throat and sound frequency/vibration and in turn, sends signals up to the brain for the parasympathetic nervous system to kick into play, or a more relaxed state of mind in other words. I find they do tend to work as stated. Great work with whatever way they tend to function. Just my thoughts on this.
This helped my family alot, we live in a town house and the two neighbors both hung themselves two weeks apart this past month. One was 15 and 12. First time in my life I listened mantra, tried few videos. Just for interes, checked what is this videos, mantra. When listened this one after some 10-15min.i recognise I don't feel pijn in my legs, feet, anymore. I was surprised. At evening when need go sleep, I can't sleep because when need sleep, I start feeling like pijn, heavy in my knee down to legs, feet.

I'm from Brazil and since I read the autobiography of a yogi I started studying yoga and by chance I found these mantras. And since the first time I heard it, it helped me a lot, it really works. This guru really has some healing power through the voice, you just have to believe and make your own experience of listening regularly and observing and you will see changes happening.
