Every 3 days exfoliation is absolutely enough. Remember to use huge amount of suncream EVERYDAY!!! After exfoliation your skin become much more sensitve for sun which means you will tan faster. So remember SUNCREAM everyday, huge amount of suncream!

@@stillwithkoo5508 It depends on the concentration of glycolic acid. Don't use glyco 12 % on face, use glyco 6% . If you are using 6% you can use 2 or 3 days in a week. But it's better to use once in a week during the first time. Then you can gradually shift from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. And don't expose your skin to sun after using glyco because your skin will become more dark after if you do this
