Remove the Steering Rack - AutoZone Car Care 

Good video, It would help to note the distance between the outer tie rod centers to the adjustment bolt or sleeve to give a refrence to reasemble the rack back close enough to drive to an alignment shop. Most racks do/dont come with outer tie rod ends installed. Good information and tips Bruce.

You DO NOT want to use a "tie rod seperator" It'll mess up your bushings, just hit it with a plastic hammer. Only use it as a last resort.

It would be helpful to express to people how long this job actually takes, when not 'filming it'. :)

Hi, I overfilled the Power steering fluid and noticed that the steering rack start leaking. Should I replace the steering rack or just fill out with a stop leak fluid ?
