Well done. Those pole saws are underrated, so much easier and safer for general cleanup and trimming. If a homeowner makes a mistake with a pole saw, they're 8 feet away from the action and business end, and far less likely to get hurt.

Insurance has to pay unless the homeowner tried to get the insurance to pay before it fell , stating the fact that the tree is a danger , then then insurance company would say that you should have it removed, otherwise Once it hits the house they have to pay.
