The repair on this iPhone 12 Pro Max was done using a ReFox laser machine model number LM-80B. You can buy one for around $1500 USD plus shipping and duty fees. I decided against showing me actually put the new glass on, since that part is rather boring, since I'm just applying glue, putting on the new back, and putting the phone in a press until it is dry enough to remove the excess glue.
