I have the SuperHandy chipper which is exactly like this one but painted orange.I leave the chute on and take the whole back panel off including the wheels to get to my blades to sharpen.I let it rest on a 6x6 piece of wood after taking the wheels off. It's just easier to take the whole back panel off to get to the blades.I take the upper discharge chute off as well which gives me access to the locknuts on the back of the blades.13mm nuts and a 5mm hex wrench for the flathead bolt.I took a piece of 2x4 and made a blade holding jig,I just screw my blades down to the piece of 2x4 then put that in my vise to hold it while I sharpen the blades with a 1/4" die grinder with 180 grit sand paper.I apply blue loctite when reassembling even on the blade lock nuts.
OMG Loved this video!! It really helped me out with my landworks chipper!!! Thank you!! Mine got the blades jammed.I loved your step by step easy going approach!! :)
