I was thinking of doing this as well.. the builder is still working on everything but I was trying to find the best way to remove what will be left over… I’m just glad that someone else did this and it worked well. I will be doing this in the next month or so.

Brilliant. I had a tree and stump removed but I’ve been procrastinating the soil prep for seeding because I didn’t want to deal with cleaning up the gravel that the last owner laid down around the tree. Your solution cost me nothing and it took less than 40 mins to complete.
