@@Plyri_ He doesn’t feel deserving of it. One of, of not the most forgettable brawler currently, attack and super that very closely mimic pre-existing brawlers, his only source of being even slightly “iconic” was his long roll in beta, which doesn’t even exist anymore. Though it is completely objective, I just don’t see any way Darryl could’ve made the cut.

Both should’ve been kept. Mandy’s mechanics are really different from every other marksman specially her super which is really fun/play making and different (compared to belle for example that was kept even if she is forgettable, super basic, her attack isn’t any special other than the forgettable bounces and has a super that doesn’t feel impactful enough and is basic too). Chester is also super original, his mechanics as an assasin/damage dealer with randomes all around are worth to keep. (Specially when he kept brawlers so forgettable like Lou 😭😭) Chester isn’t forgettable, he is just overnerfed.
@@trigotauro3631 Mandy has a single shot attack like all the other sharpshooters, but it doesn't bounce like Belle. Her super is cool, but Bibi already had an insane range super and brawlers like Brock and Piper break walls, making the goes-thru-walls ability useless.
She's a zoner generalist, she is interesting, but she doesn't have the stats that really show off in terms of damage, kills and star player. She just has other strengths

If you're a long range brawler, youre gonna be manually aiming regardless of whether you have to charge your attack. The flying super is also pretty bad and is only good on gem grab.
Gale was the only one I was sad about, he literally counters close range which is really good and unique ( plus the first chromatic, thanks person under)
Can't belive bro removed hank, ruffs and squeak. In my opinion they are the best. Of the three removing hank was the worst one. I can't belive he kept Edgar and not Hank. He wasn't prawn ready.
I love how you apparently based this on how iconic characters are, their rarities, and the uniqueness of their mechanics, but you still removed Hank, Chester, and Willow. This video is well structured and well made, but is overall really bad. This is the type of video where multiple people work on it, not just one.
I also think it was such a weird decision to keep Penny and not Larry and Lawrie. She was picked based on being iconic and rarity. But having those two count more than originality and unique mechanics shouldn't be a thing, and I have no idea why it would be better to keep and iconic but basic brawler than a newer but more unique one.
is impossible to make a 100% objective accurate list of this, it still would be subjective no matter what, because some people would agree and some not. Personally, i quite agree with his options, but you no, so it is subjective.
The fact you didn’t bother to include lore and brawler trios into your decision making pisses me off. Brawlers like Penny don’t have any partners to go alongside them, which is crazy considering the pirate trio is considered a fan favorite, and Darryl especially is a very inspirational brawler (Despite being power crept quite a bit.)
If I were to make one change, it would be the inclusion of at least one spawner brawler, like Mr.P or Eve. I know we already have some brawlers that spawn something with their supers, but I miss someone who's mechanic envolves consantly summoning weaklings to waste your enemy's ammo. With that said, I'd probably pick Mr.P and switch him with Fang. There's already enough assassins in the roster and Buzz kinda already fills the gap of a tank assassin hybrid that can sweep the enemy team with his super.
I do agree with the idea of the list, but I do think that there should have been a commitment on keeping some of the newer brawlers. Cordelius was Season 19, and that's the newest bawler we could keep. I definitely think Charlie and Melodie should have been saved, due to saving the thirst in the fanbase, which despite some obvious problems, it is good to have characters like that in the game since it keeps the popularity, especially seen as Janet was removed.
Cutting Angelo is a bad choice since if you picked Angelo you would gain alot of unique mechanics Angelo has a charge attack (since you removed Hank it would be unique) Also he floats (since you removed eve it would have been unique) Also his super is the only one that changes his main atack (gives it poison)
He is right though, even though i love this brawler and begging for his buff he's very similar to bull, shotgun attack, rush super, there's a slight difference between their attacks.

I think it’s honestly perfect if u we’re to switch Byron for ruffs since you already have two healers and a damage buff would be good and if you were to switch either dang or buzz with emz because they both have very similar mechanics and end is too unique and iconic to not save
Bro I'm mad about R-T. He's so unique. Yes, Belle has the bounty thing, but that's her entire SUPER. PLUS, R-T is one of the 4 Brawlers in the game to have 2 forms (Draco, Meg, Bonnie, and R-T ofc. CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG). PLUS PLUS, R-T plays a HUGE role in the lore. I mean, he was literally one of the monitors from the CCTV. Also he's just cute

Welp- Aside from Collette, all my mains were out, unfortunatly. Most of the good throwers and R-T. Not counting Draco, wich will DEFINETLY be one of my mains once i get him.
not really i hate R-T. but he is an important brawler for the lore. i would keep him than buzz and lou. crow in opition didn't deserve to be saved as well. he does not add anything important to the game's lore. the other 14 brawlers add something to the game and the brawlers that released after him also had a impact on the game's lore. piper,pam,tara and so much more.
Yes, as a Chuck main he's so much more unique than Colette. Literally the only unique part about Colette is her percent damage and returning after her dash.

I think this could happen in something like a game that happens in the universe of brawl stars, but has more complex mechanics, then it has to have less characters, for example a brawl fighting game.... Or on the other hand it could also basically be the characters that are going to be selected to appear in squad busters.

Edgar has changed the game in the worst way possible, he is so broken and so low skill and so many people play him to the point where supercell just makes the same brawler over and over and the game is just becoming an Edgar fest just in different skins, for example lily. This isn’t hate, I just believe Edgar should be removed from brawl stars 100%
It’s not about us the casualls with over 30k it’s about the beginners 10k or less who have hard times with snipers and tanks they need assassins like Edgar to easily have fun and be good
Lily is skilled compared to edgar, you can't do much until you have the super, and when you have the super is easy to miss, it also takes a lot to charge her super
Imo, shoulda kept Tick, since he's iconic, a super rare so many more people will get him early on to add onto the iconic-ness, and even if his attack is basic, its literally the only artillery attack that lasts on the ground to make him a bit like a controller type But the super is really basic I'll admit Besides that JusticeForTick (This is all not meant to be taken entirely serious btw, I'm just a simple Tick main y'all)

Removing sam but keeping buzz is wild to me, you said with nani that having a high skill ceiling is important for a brawler, yet you chose arguably the 2nd easiest assassin to play over the 3rd hardest assassin to play. considering you picked belle you have to think he also has a good personality. He is THE agro brawler no other brawler can be as aggressive as sam and if you see any esports gameplay of him you can just see how good he is at being agro. Also in my opinion, just having an on command speed boost is super fun.
chester is the most unique brawler cutting him makes no sense especially over brawlers like barley who have no unique mechanics or anything, everything in barleys kit is literally a circle, dark blue circle, green circle and lOoTs of blue circlezz hes probably the least unique brawler and most forgettable in game

@@rinneganfinder that's just it. The game needs their simple brawlers for new players, if we eliminated too many of them, newer players would be confused. We need Barley as a stand-in simple thrower so the new players can adapt to the thrower playstyle. Him and Dyna do that in different ways which is why they both need to stay
I really predicted Buzz would have been safe, since he had one of the coolest and best summer seasons, not apart that he is super fun with his hypercharge just going around the whole map.

Bonnie is not basic,she is the only brawler that can be sniper,tank and assassin at the same time with having two game modes which is not common in the game and being hybrid purly😒
Brock is THE original sniper. And since there are no Super rare snipers, he's the only one players will get early. He has to stay. Can't defend Rico tho

Only change I'd make is removing fang and keeping Melodie, just for the sake that you already kept buzz, I find their mechanics too similar, and Melodie just stands out more.
I'd remove Sprout and replace him with Tick, he is too iconic (cuz everyone hates him). Sprout barely gets picked and no one talks about him much, Tick is talked about all the time, even if most of the time it's hate. I'd remove Stu from assassins and give his check mark to Eve, Eve is just really unique imo and Stu is pretty basic. Could argue the same for Eve but she can float on water, which was one of a kind until Angelo showed up. Get rid of Colette cuz she is basic, not very fun (imo), etc. and I'd give my checkmark to Hank. He is prawn ready! He has gotten pretty popular, maybe more so than Colette
