Came here just to see how you removed the stickers so, thank you! I’m going to try the alcohol trick instead of rubbing compound like I did with the hard badge residue!
Great looking truck! I just got the same decals minus the mountains for my Tundra. I was about to put them on, but then got rear-ended. I'll have to wait until it gets back from the body shop. I've had a lot of success removing decals with the 3M rubber eraser wheels. Works way better than adhesive remover and doesn't hurt clearcoat. Looking forward to more of your content!
Aww bummer man! I literally had that thought the other day on how sad I would be if the truck got hit after doing all these fun projects with it! Hope it comes back good as new for you! I'll have to check out that 3M wheel I've never used that! Thanks for watching man!
Hey looks great, I have found it has helped me a lot with decals is to spray some soapy water first then apply decal which allows for adjustments and bubble removal!
Wow really, It seems like that would allow you to more easily remove bubbles,s, etc, it sure helped me when I installed new decals on my dirt bike! look great, you able to remove all bubbles then?
lift looks great, I have read level kits put extra wear on ball joints, cv joints, tie rods and transfer case? have you read those articles, and have you had any issues?
@@Larrycbr1 I did a differential drop on mine so the cv angles are where they were originally. I haven't had issues in those other areas as of yet so that's been good!
Looks good my friend.. I like it! Definitely gives your truck a great look. For your adhesive leftover... As a graphic designer, I use a product called Bestine to remove any adhesive. It's so gentle we use it on photos which are very delicate, to get scotch tape off on the photos that the sales rep always did a no, no.. on their instructions. I have used it to clean off the residue from the dealership sticker, and anything that has adhesive leftover. You can get it from Amazon or most art stores. 70 yesterday... Camper is saying let's go! Enjoyed the vid!
That look great, KC! Takes the hands of a surgeon to make it perfect. It really matches the truck so much better. My Tundra is black so I'm wondering what colors they have available for that. Love the furry assistant too! Hey, an earlier video showed you working on your wife's Rav4. Same here! Wife has the V6 Rav4 and I have the Tundra! Great video!
Yeah I may not be a surgeon but I got it pretty close. The second side was better for sure! They had all sorts of colors. I think White would stand out nicely on Black. That's so funny we have matching vehicles! I'm going to be changing her oil here pretty soon and it has the same oil filter and all that as the Tundra and I got a new tool to make changing that easier so check that out in a week or so! Thanks for the support man I appreciate it!
My sticker has white stuff underneath it. It's impossible to get off on my 23 tundra any ideas??? I've use heat guns, my fingers. Just everything it's super stressful.😂
I just was worried about the actual truck paint so I tried everything I knew wouldn't hurt it and the alcohol ended up working well! Thanks for th e comment!
I'd love to do that! I've been looking at bumpers but haven't found a perfect one yet. But I just had a company reach out about a bull bar that has a light bar spot so I may have that for you sooner than expected! lol
Once, I was at a graphics exhibition. (This is a place where people who read books, who learn at the university come. They do not eat chickens and chips. Such a different kind of people. Today it is a very small group of society.) At this exhibition I met a young graphic artist who presented his works - framed copies of the Tables from the Ishihara Test. He asked me if I liked his work. I told him I knew these graphics from my visit to the eye doctor. He didn't like me because I said it aloud. I wonder if Four Wheel doesn't blame you for using their design on your channel. Yes, I know - the bear is gone, the bear has gone away ... because I couldn't look anymore. (Four Wheel Campers Tacoma PROJECT M - (fourwheelcampers.com) I think you'll write again - "... what did you mean by ..." This is the problem. Even searching on the Internet (I don't think there is an encyclopedia or other book at hand) do not make it possible to understand the meaning of words.
You are supposed to spray it down with soapy water and squeegee out the water and bubbles when applying it. Doing a video on how to do something you don't know how to do doesn't make much sense.
