I grew up in this era and these ladies were my go-to when I was happy sad heartbroken and angry so many memories that go with it. Raw talent without buffer It has to be pointed out that Queen Latifa has an abundance of it! It's been a while and I was so used to seeing her as an actress that I had a mouth drop like the mic when she just got up there and killed it so effortlessly! I don't get into the drama of it all I feel Niki works extremely hard and there is so much effery set up in the industry dangling a prize on top and the only way to get there is to knock a person down. However, I really loved this thank you for the upload it was refreshing*

Trey Godsey Selling records does not equate to positivity. She sold records and was successful at the expense of others. Latifah, Kim, and Lauryn didn’t have to resort to such tactics. They’ve proven their greatness by being “number one” in the game while other females were still doing their thing.
