I lost my dad to suicide a week after playing golf its something he loved to do and I love playing with him the clubs might be collecting dust now in the corner but the memories with them never fade. I'm sooo sorry for the loss of your father and your friend, I've known those and many other losses all to well 🤗 🤗 🤗

I lost my father at 16 and my mother was dealing with kidney failure 3 months after. At that time I felt like I was losing everyone. Luckily my mom got a transplant but it's now failing. I tried killing myself but someone found me and saved my life so I feel this on another level. Just remember pain can be converted into strength, you don't have to be ashamed of hurt, use it to fuel it, and reach out for help if you need it.

its almost been two years since I lost my dog i miss him every day and I mourn him every year, it was his time but his loss still hurts my very soul, my only regret is not being able to tell him everything i wanted to, I never got to tell him how much he truly meant to me, the fact that him just being a part of my life saved me. and how much i loved him, now he's gone and ill never be able to hold him again. i know he was just a pet, but to me he was a brother, the only true friend i had for years of hardship. everyone out there, spend time with the people you love before it too late, cause once they are gone, you'll never be able to express yourself to them again. I’m sorry for you loss my brother. I lost my cousin to suicide. He was 18 and I was 20. The worst part was he called me the night before and I didn’t pick up…..😢😢 I blame myself everyday. I’m 38 now and I still don’t think I deserve forgiveness. But now I have a 21 year old son and I never talk about it. But it fucking beats me up everyday. Rip to your dad and friend. Rip Jon Jon.
