on live stream Ren explained the "Noah was late for the ark" line was intended to convey the message that we human's individually and as a whole would turn up late for our own salvation. It is kind of his overarching message if we don't recognise and change the way we live, treat/value each other and our home pretty soon we will be passed the point where salvation is possible.

Yes!!! ❤❤❤ I love when you break down the song but for your own piece of mind I'll tell you that Ren pins the lyrics of the song in the comments of the music video - that way you don't obsess if you have a hard time because of the accent or when he's in Beast Mode and there are too man🎉y words to catch in too short of a time span. I had a hard time with Ren's accent because I'm from the US and live really close to Boston, MA where people change the ar in words to sound like ah instead, lol! By the 3rd or 4th song you probably will be able to catch most of what he's saying the first or second listen, then the issue becomes getting lost in the accompanying music or lost in his cadences/singing.... I promise no matter what song you choose to do next by Ren, you won't be disappointed. The live accoustic version of Genesis is amazing and different - Ren has a way of taking a song where he makes his own beats and then he will do a live accoustic version after and both tend to be masterpieces! I'm so excited for this journey and for your insights. You could always do the Sick Boi album in order (it's under releases on his yt page.) ❤❤❤

Firstly, i adored your opening monologue... its a joy speaking yoir thoughts frankly. Ren is perfection for my ADHD brain...ADHD recognises ADHD artist doing their own video directing and music production. I found at least 10 distinct meanings for the "pupils dilate in the dark, people die late in the dark" bar. Htperfixation on those words. Even in the video alone there are multiple "questions" posed, that I needed to find answers for. Firstly, why didn't he finish that meal? There's an answer specific to the exact components of that meal and a particular syndrome (that I was watching a lecture on and the YT Algorithm decided to give me Ren in my autoplay). The little hidden details like that are a wonderful treasure hunt game. But it's also fire on a surface level... one of my favourites and consistently in my top 3 Ren tracks no matter where his music takes me.

🔥🔥🔥 Welcome to the Renaissance! Ren is my favourite artist of all time. I say artist because he is a multifaceted diamond! From singing (all styles) to rapping (bars/flows/schemes for days), Bardcore (story telling) beatbox, makes his own beats, scatting and a multi instrumentalist (guitars, bass, drums, melodica and more). On top of that he is the most beautiful human being inside and out who has been through and continues to go through absolute hell. Ren is 33 from Anglesey, Wales originally but spent most his life in Brighton, England. He has been very ill for years, at one point being completely bed ridden. He was misdiagnosed for years, being told he was bipolar, had M.E and more and was prescribed medications that made him worse and ended up in psychosis. It turns out Ren had Lyme disease which has caused havoc on his body. He’s been living in Calgary, Canada all year receiving intense medical treatment for his brain damage and mast cell activation disorder amongst other things that were caused by the Lyme disease. He started off making beats at 12 and selling CDs then moved on to busking. He was part of a band called Trick The Fox and was signed to Sony but they didn’t renew the contract after his health deteriorated. He then started The Big Push. They went on hiatus the end of last year after 5 years partly due to his move to Canada and also because the other members are also soloists and were moving around too.
