Guys I'm fully aware it was him playing at the beginning. I was adding pretext to the video. I watched The making of this. And his rings are very noticeable. It's crazy that's the one takeaway for a lot of you. And I literally corrected it a minute later ON THE VIDEO. Take it easy friends.

Great point. I never experienced physchosis, but I was definately my own worst enemy. I would personally recommend The Hunger and Murderer live acoustic as well.

If you watch the whole video before commenting, Zack actually corrected himself twice during it and said that it was Ren playing at the beginning.

Yeah. "This isn't actually him." Yes, yes it is. :) The pianist who takes over for the rest of the video is not Ren, but Ren is absolutely the one at the piano at the beginning.

Great reactions (for Melissa) and re-reactions for you, Zack. One small correction though… the piano playing at the start of Money Game 3, is actually indeed Ren playing. He hands over the “reins” to Charlie (I believe that is his name?), the pianist who “kills” the rest of the MG3 score (composed by Ren, though). But yes, the intro is indeed Ren and you can see him practicing it on some of his BTS videos. Wonderful to see you introducing more people to the artistry and splendor of Ren!

A new friend said "I like music that makes me feel." I made her a playlist of mostly Ren music and called it 'Music for the Blind: It Makes You Feel' Not just sad. Sometimes heartbroken doesn't equal sad. Bongo Bong makes me feel loved and in the presence of friends. Melissa nailed some of story in Chalk Outlines. Just turn the camera on and press play. She is authentically there with the music and the meanings and shares how it is moving her.

Ren has Lymes disease misdiagnosed for 7 years while it ate away at his body systems and brain The severe pain and damage caused the psychosis He has MCAS which means he is allergic to 95 percent of foods and has had nothing but the same meal to eat for years Also POTS which can lead to dramatic drops in blood pressure These diagnosis are central to his battle and experiences Speaking as someone who has had some similar issues I had to mention this

I never recommend that trilogy to anyone without also recommending they bring an emotional support teddy bear along the first time. The raw intensity honestly broke me in pieces first time. I felt like I needed to go sit in a shower and cry like I'd been assaulted myself. Which is kind of the point, it's masterful like that, but man...

You really should watch the documentary video by the Wolf Johnson and the interviews with Knox Hill who were there at the making of this epic. at the end of Freckled Angels you said about the most real thing I can relate to, all I have to hear is his voice crack or shutter even the slightest and it immediately brings tears to my eyes and the more he lets out that pain the more I feel it and cry with/for him.
