This is such a great track, I love the background music to it and the up and downness of the whole thing. I'm not officially diagnosed with ADD but having obessively read 10 books on it when I first heard about it and recognising myself, I don't need a doctor to tell me, just like you. And I tend to recognise / am drawn to others who are ADHD /ADD - I like the way we think, that left of centre kind of thinking & creativity that keeps my easily distracted mind interested and entertained.... Haha I did think you were distracted! This song resonates. I replaced my sleeping pill with a bedtime yoga practice. It wasn't easy getting off the pills. However, now I can't fall asleep without the yoga LOL

Deepest depths as always aye. I'm nearly 53 and will be 4 yrs vegan on that day. I agree about how much cleaner my system feels, loads of veges and as much raw food as I can. Plus weed of course and fingers crossed I'll still be dirt bike riding for many years yet. I do hope Ren gets through this massive treatment of pills etc and then catches a break finally stays healthy

You're the first person I know that, like me, focuses more into something when they seem like they are not paying any attention at all. I can have any conversation when I'm playing a game or with my cats, than I would if I didn't have anything for my *body* to focus on. That way my mind can focus on another thing. It's weird. Also, loved the reaction and your speaking pace, it was really honest and calm ❤️

I like listening to you talk ...my son has issues finding Ren has helped me so much ...what he writes in his songs is my son , who was born with medical issues , he was placed under the child and adolescent mental health service aged 8 ( he's 28 now ) he's a seflharmer has undiagnosed Asperger's traits , diagnosed with avoident personality disorder ,learning disabilities, dyslexia, two suicide attempts aged 14 ,and recently I found out he's. In an abusive relationship/friendship to my utter horror..and I know it's for him to break the cycle from her ...but it's killing me , I have raised him single handedly 😢

You're a strong woman. God bless. You should look up the benefits of mushrooms. Both magic and normal ones. Anything related to the brain has been healed by mushrooms. Such as, lions mane, Chaga, reishi, turkey tail ECT. And microdosing the magic ones. Modern medicine isn't meant to heal. Just prolong and profit. God bless 🙏🏼

Thank you so much for your lovely reply ,I have had to be strong for him and myself ,although I have had the odd occasion where I have wanted to walkout on it all . But then who would be there for him ? He needed me ,needs me , his father was a violent drunk and I got away from him when H was 14 months old. When H was two he came to my home drunk univited ,I told him he wasn't to come down when he had been drinking ..you can read between the lines , I never told anyone ........haven't seen him since that was 1997 ...I myself am on several medications for two chronic pain conditions , i am lucky although I have not had a great life from start until now I have my two children , my fabulous dog who's been my absolute saviour over the last 6 years since my accident that caused me to have to give up my work and go onto disability I don't have a terminal illness, I wake up every morning with a smile on my face and take each day as it comes ...there is always someone worse off then you in this world is the way I look at it ...I don't believe in God but that doesn't mean I don't have faith , I believe in other things , there is something just not sure what ....I lost my mum a year last Nov and my stepdad barely 9 months later then my sister-in-law in Jan a day before my birthday so it's been a couple of tough years ...as it has for so many of us ...stay safe and be happy 😊

I also sleep 4-6 hours, wake up fresh but i do fight with anx, depr, high energy, so I'm always in hell when i wake up at 5am, on work 6:25 to 5pm, home smoke weed so I can come down and do music (mostly listen) until it's time for sleep. I only eat 1-2 times a day and some days i fast. No medication just live with my stuff and music always help ॐ

No one can paint a story so vividly and relatable than Ren. The emotion he is able to tap into in others is masterful and powerful. He is definitely the voice of our time.. helping others to connect in a world full of division.
