Filmed near Drumheller in southern Alberta Canada in an area called the Badlands ... not too far from Calgary where he’s been getting treatment. Those aren’t really mountains , they’re known as Hoodoos. The area is known as the dinosaur capital of the world because of rich fossil deposits.

there's a place in Alberta called Drumheller where they dig up dinosaur bones. It looks a lot like this. Not sure if that's where he is but it's possible. I can just imagine being out on a hike, and hearing this bouncing off the rocks. It would be amazing. Ren just doing instrumental... of course. He always surprises.

Callum went swimming off of the coast of Wales in 2011 and got into trouble. His friend, who was with him at the time, jumped in to try to save him, but sadly, they both died. Callum died 6 months after Joe ended his life.

Ren is the GOATiest of all GOATs, he is ths GOAT other GOATs want to be. He is the GOATfather.

They share the same birthday. And Ren's parents were musicians so he was playing from a very young age. Piano, guitar, and he also plays strings either violin or chelo. Ren is in Toronto at the moment so maybe he's gone south to the US but Canada has desert plains so hard to say, but the sun is shining so I would guess he's in the US.

You guys gotta read the description when he writes the full thing about them growing up together, and their birthday is being one day apart. Today’s actually Ren’s birthday. Happy birthday brother thank you for all the beautiful music that you put out into the world.! so is best friend Joe that committed suicide. This was his other best friend that died six months later, and he was so numb from Joe’s death that he wanted to tribute Calum but he said he had like mental block writers block when he came to write about death, because Joe, jumping off the bridge, took so much out of him like he says in his suicide, he lost his childhood at night when he dumped his ball off the bridge that Joe junk and he blamed himself that he didn’t get there soon enough. So he went on to say that recently he sat at the piano and this just came out of him, and he felt at peace with Callum and he has been carrying that with him since his death 12 years ago. He finally felt closure and decided to hold it until their birthday to release it well, it was Colin‘s birthday two days ago and Ren birthday today.

I've been compelled to comment on the pronunciation of Callum's last name. It's Scots or Irish. Pronounced McEye.

I don't think this was recorded in Canada.. He probably recorded this on his trip to Los Angeles or Las Vegas. It looks like areas around Zion National Park in Utah or neighboring Arizona. I read somewhere that he is moving to LA. He didn't find words for Callum, so he wrote this to express his emotions.
