I'm referring to people's short attention span and non-RENegade's interest to dig into it to actually care. Given they stop by and are willing to even listen to and watch MG 1-3 in full (likely remain unaware of the 7 Sin Riddles) they might be impressed for a day (the "news cycle") and then move on to the next thing on their playlists and their own live problems and never come back. Basically I doubt the "conversation for years to come" on the subject matter, which frankly isn't big news, but rather a well-known secret boldly told. But different groups and people have done so too in their own ways for ages. This Trilogy surely will stand out as a piece of art, just like the Tales or Hi Ren. So yes: they will continue to provoke thought each -- for 10 to 15 minutes... then people move on to the next thing... IMHO. I love Ren and he IS a great inspiration for me (making music again after decades) but virtually none of my (very diverse) peers _relate_ to Ren's subjects or musical style(s) let alone care for his life story. I don't know what they hear and feel in music when they listen to music. Maybe it's just pretty noise to them poor souls... I should probably ask them one day. There's one single other musician among my friends that appreciates Ren's *art*, *musical craft* and *the messages*, another hates the Hiphop and Rap and prefers the songs of TBP, but they're just "another good Rock Band" to her.

I thought the money game you created was going to be like Violet’s riddles, then I found out money was involved and I started to see discrepancies between different people. Honestly I didn’t participate because I was and felt alone and this was meant for many people working together, so I silently watched from the distance. When I saw the ending of the money game I was angry, for me that money, that piece of paper, meant a possibility, meant food, meant a roof, for many who doesn’t have it. Still, I was seeing your point, I did understood where you were coming from and I shared your values, but I felt extremely conflicted between both ends, I felt uncomfortable for a while until you went live on twitch. Then you explained yourself, and even if I was still conflicted by my own thoughts I understood better the whole view, nothing that I didn’t knew before, but yet I found more clarity. Basically, what I want to say, is that you have a beautiful way to create discomfort. A magnificent way to express yourself and make others come together to see and feel shit that we already knew was there but in such a way that makes us feel more empowered, more capable and hopefully more willing to take a step and change. I think this and other subjects you talk about are so important, we need to discuss and debate, listen and be heard. We need to come together and change before it’s too late. I love the points you are trying to make here and with the money game project as a whole. I belong to an offroad vehicle recovery facebook group in southern California. Thousands of people belong to the group and anyone can post a request for help on there when they break down or get stuck. One of the founding principles of the group is that no money is ever to be requested for the sevice we provide. At first the justification is that we will all be in the situation of needing help at some point, but seeing the shock, confusion, and finally appreciation on their face when they realize they aren't going to be taken advantage of in their vulnerable position like they expected is enough for me to keep doing it.

Ren. You're so right in what you've said in this stream. We're so fortunate, but unappreciative in the UK, having access to the NHS & yet it is completely stretched beyond capacity. I've no doubt that without that free healthcare my daughter (26, genetic intractable epilepsy, autism etc) would almost certainly not survive; even her daily med's would be way beyond my means. Yet still I can't explore treatments like CBD etc because I could never afford to travel to the States (to try CBD), or to other countries where genetic research is more prevalent & advanced. I'm so grateful for the care that is available & simultaneously heartbroken, a perpetually frustrated carer/spectator as daily seizures injure, limit & confine her into a housebound prisoner held hostage by this degenerative condition. The skewed distribution of funding & research in favour of the more aesthetic, profitable areas of study feels like such a gross injustice & misappropriation of wealth. Congratulations on the culmination of Money Game & the release of SickBoi. I've been following your journey since Hi Ren 1st blew up. My 'job' is as a 24hr full time carer therefore we live day to day, hand to mouth, on my daughters benefit, occasionally supplemented by my teaching music or playing the occasional gigs. Music is my outlet & has kept me sane all these years. You are a fantastic musician. I admire everything you have released these past 10 months. Not sure if you'll see this Ren - but shortly after being absolutely blown away (again) by your work on MG3, I watched an interview with an ex-tory minister (Rory Stewart) being interviewed by PoliticsJoe. Setting aside a whole lot of party based biases/politics, he has some really interesting things to say about our broken parliamentary system - and particularly the need to decentralize, for more local engagement etc. and it seems to totally chime with some of the meaning behind MG3 and the power of the collective. This weekend has empowered me in so many ways to try and make a difference.
The real prize was coming together and finding value in each other. I didn’t participate for money, but it was fun seeing others shine and how their thoughts and skills can build on our own. We can all be better! “Be excellent to each other”

You said you made all the melodies, strings and all, absurd!!!!! My body has physical reactions to certain notes or instrumentals or vocals, and every fucking song I've heard fucks me up, in the best of ways. But this one? Maybe it has the "I was in the game" lenses, but that song is an entire masterpiece. The perfect balance, as always, of raw material and adding insane production without removing the rawness. Sorcery I say! The silences were *chef kiss* perfection. It made me feel in a theater watching a play in 3 acts. But everything is cohese and connected. And the throwbacks from violet, mg1 and mg2 (i assume violet cause of last year's arg for her tale), broke my heart in such a beautiful way. The story, the message, the way you storytell with lyrics, not just bars bars, but poetry, and how you deliver the words, the cadence of them, the placement and timing, how strong or soft it's sung/said. Just genius, man. I have no idea how you do it, but boy am I glad you do it! You storytell like a singer and an actor baby's child, best way I can explain. And when you come back from the music zone, you're a down to earth nice guy who just wants an unstable emo tattooed girl 🤣. I don't know if you found the balance between art and humanity and that's why everything is so good and relatable (personally speaking), but something's up there that not everyone has. And the new song? Miss me with that shit!!! What the actual fuck was that? That alone was lifechanging. My entire body was encapsulated and I have no idea how to explain THAT particular feeling to people who don't have this disorder/whatever, maybe like a bath of your own tears, with bubbles, and blackjack, and hookers. Sorry. For real, not like the brain hug, more like a brain scratch. The instrumental is ridiculous, fuck the fuck off. The cadence of the percussion (did it go through a mixer, does it have some sort of electro effect? Dunno if it's my ears, the strings sound crystal clear, and the percussion sounds "glitchy" but intentionally. There's texture to your songs. Again, no clue how you and others mix and produce your stuff, but is smooth af! The transitions of melodies and instrumentals and how it matches your voice and your cadence. The mix of the high strings and the acoustic raw almost percussion-like and then BAM, BAM BAM, fuck man. Really? Why? The silence and the whisper/throwback/homage to sick boi, instrumentals coming back as you keep talk-rapping-singing, in perfect synch, stronger and on a higher note, matching the more emotional/angry texture. Cadence up, strings less clear, angrier, percussion clearer and stronger and faster, piano follows sandwiched but still very much present. Adding elements and layers, then removing them, piano goes, screech/devil/shadow vocal texture, layers of vocals on the back (of course you'd do that ❤️). The high pitch almost breaking, as if playing in anger. The rap and cuts on the vocals and melody with an accent of percussion. The drop and the comeback. So different but mashed so well with the first part, like a crescendo for something, and Ren just annihilating with the lyrics while the instrumentals and melody changes altogether. My possibly ADHD brain was very very very comfortable in that headspace. When the strings came back at Sloth, agh. Just *sigh* fuck. After Greed just fuck off. So intense. It literally disrupts my body, again, in a great way. And just drops. End. Bye. So cruel. So perfect. Fuck you, I love you and your brain and ears and vocal cords and hands and humanity, humility, anarchy, having your opinions and still accepting others' and welcoming change. For real. Thank you for your artistry and your humanity. I'm way too nihilistic, I'm already grieving the future, but your music, and your community, dunno man, there may be something to this whole humanity thing ^~^. Hello Ren.I didn't participate in the money game, but I followed almost everything I could. I work at school and don't have much free time. Instead of my favorite documentaries, I watch a couple of channels in the evening and of course yours comes first. I'm always late when you go live.
