You sound amazing, such an amazing voice! Always been one of my favorite songs from Ren, and this is the first chance I've been able to see it/hear it live. Really cool!!
Cape Town, South Africa here - and I am a Renegade!! He is a genius and I am so glad he is on the path to better health. He has made such an impression to MANY people. It would have been a real damn shame if he lost his battle and not make the art that he has been able to create that has changed so many lives!!
Without the crowd singing every song I could hear 'Humble'. The song is one of my favorites, Ren and Eden are amazing together. Love the trumpet player accompanament.
Fantastic... we all know that Ren is the Man!! But Lee (if I got his name right) crushed it on the trumpet and Eden, man I don't even have words for Eden, AMAZING voice and what a beauty she is! This song is fire! Thanks for sharing Elizabeth
I adored Eden Nash for her vocals long before I saw what she looked like. My god she's a fox. I'd pay good money to see these two performing live in a full show. They're so damn talented.
Woodstock Music & Art Fair 1969 The Smile Jamaica Concert 1976 Fela Kuti at Glastonbury 1984 Live aid 1985 David Bowie Live in front of the Reichstag 1987 Bruce Springsteen East Berlin 1988 The Wall - Live in Berlin 1990 For Those About to Rock: Monsters in Moscow 1991 Daft Punk Coachella 2006 And now "Secret Garden Party 2024" the list of legendary concert or festival I would have dreamed to attend just got a little longer
I only just discovered Ren thanks to my friend Polly, dude has excellent taste! My sister & her now late partner used to run the outdoor hot tubs at Secret garden a few years ago in better times...x
@@prodigal7956 I had to really think about that … I would probably say Chalk Outlines. Ren completely lit up when Chinchilla joined him onstage. And they also performed their new song together. I have video, but they asked us not to post the unreleased tracks until they come out. I loved that Ren incorporated so many friends into his set! They were all incredible. Never thought I would get a chance to hear Humble live with both Ren and Eden, so that was definitely a highlight!
@@GarnetJ How cool....I have only seen scattered videos from kind people like yourself who were there, but it seemed to me that Ren (being the perfectionist that he is) was a bit down on how things were going until two things happened. He just pulled the plug and basically "busked" a version of It's Alright with Romain, and then said that he had arrived when Chinchilla joined him on stage for Chalk Outlines. Thanks for replying to my question, and once again for posting this video.
@@prodigal7956 yes, I felt so bad that he was not only dealing with technical difficulties but this “main stage” was way too close to one of the dance stages, so sometimes all he could hear was reverb and the beat from the other stage. He’s not only a perfectionist, but the performance meant so much to him. So you could tell it was crushing for him. Plus there were a lot of moving parts, in the beginning that made it more challenging. But once he went into busking mode things turned around. It also helped that his second set was after the SGP closing ceremony, so that gave him time to shake it off and refocus.
DIA Ren, I would really like to hear how you connect with Michael Jackson and all of his top notch "legit" music he left before he "settled on the ocean floor". I have a feeling MJ's powerful influence combined with your unique presence will result in something truly special for all of your fans aswell as everyone else. I HOPE you think about this and I will talk to you soon. Here is a rainbow coloured rainbow 🌈 A RIVER DHEIR CHEEZE, Your forever friend, "me" Little Jessjess (S.E.J)
I think she's seeking extra attention.. Sad, bc she didn't have to do that to get it.. Chinchilla way more classy... I have no issue with the way any woman dresses, but I just found that strange and a bit cringe.
