RENAISSANCE 

After a year of struggling with injuries and loss of progress, I had nothing but time to spend conditioning and reorienting my approach to training. All I wanted was to freely express myself through my movement without pain again, and to continue to create for this community that has given me so much. Having spent countless hours conditioning and researching nutrition and recovery, manifesting a healthier and better version of myself, I am proud to present the last few months of my training. This video would not be possible without Euphoria, Vertigo, OMFG, Cinci Jam, Trixgiving, Hooked, Revival, and my Colorado tricking family, thank you for giving me the opportunity to learn and grow from your events. Huge shoutout to the cinema wizards ZB and Isiah Flores for filming large sections of this video, love you guys!
I would like to extend a huge shoutout to Neil Toussaint for developing the Trickstrong curriculum which has taken out the guesswork to my recovery. I would highly recommend any tricking athlete that is injured, in search of a better routine, or just wants to literally get better at tricking. This is your necessary homework.
Last but not least I could not do any of this without the support of Silver Rain and Max Muscle. I am so grateful for the opportunity to grow this sport together in a quest to create the strongest movement athletes the world has ever seen.
