I love this negative feedback system. Could you follow on with the different mechanism of the ARB compared to the ACEI. I know that some ACEI cause a cough in some people but always wondered why it happens. Does it happen because another compound is formed causing irritation or because of something else. Where exactly in the lung does the conversion take place. I’m guessing the pulmonary capillaries. Thank you for fantastic presentations.
