Hello, I’ve got the same issue in Renault Arkana 2021 but I can’t find the battery. It’s not in the same place like Clio has where I thought it looks identical. Please advice / help
I have the same issue with mine. I already replaced the battery with a new one (70€ with the replacement)at an authorised dealer but the problem remains. They electrician of the dealership said to me that the telematics unit need to be replaced because it failed to connect with his computer. The car has 87.000km since 2020. So i'm not convinced. For now i'm looking for other options. The unit costs 450€ brand new from France. Any help what can i do?
Does your car have 87000? What problems did you have during those kms? Did you have engine problems? Or engine heating? Are you satisfied with the car? Thanks
If the telematic unit is faulty then you have to replace it because it won’t communicate with the other module to let the vehicle know it’s been rectified
At a closer look the unit does not look the same as in the Zoe from 2015. It's a common problem that the car stop's communication. Not sure why. It's seems like the Renault service personal doesn't really now why, at least not in Sweden...
